【摘要】 根据高校校园火灾及其隐患现状,指出了现有校园火灾应急管理的不足,论述了建立基于地理信息技术的校园火灾应急系统的意义。采用模糊综合评判法及层次分析法,对校园内的单体建筑进行火灾风险评估。采用GIS组件MapObjects在VB环境下进行二次开发,设计了校园火灾应急系统桌面平台及其后台数据库;并通过基于WebGIS技术的ArcIMS服务器架设,实现了火灾信息的在线发布。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to potential fire danger nowadays in university campus,the inadequate of the existing campus fire emergency management is pointed out.The importance to establish a campus fire emergency system based on GIS technology is given.The fire risk assessment of single building in campus is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as well as AHP method.The Campus Fire Emergency GIS System(CFE-GIS) desktop platform is developed by GIS components MapObjects under VB environment.A background database is constructed.Through setup of WebGIS-based ArcIMS server,online publication of fire information is realized.更多还原
