含硫矿石自燃机理及其危险性预测技术研究

【摘要】 含硫矿石自燃火灾是含硫矿床开采中的重大灾害之一。由于实验条件的不同,现有的实验数据存在着不能共享的不足,对含硫矿石自燃倾向性的判定也缺乏定量研究,从而严重制约着含硫矿石自燃防治技术的发展。本文采用理论和实验相结合的研究方法,对含硫矿石自燃机理、自燃倾向性判定和自燃危险性预测等内容展开了系统的研究。在分析含硫矿石矿相和化学成分的基础上,研究其自燃反应各阶段热效应,提出含硫矿石自燃过程,实质上就是含硫矿石与氧气连续复合作用过程,为含硫矿石自燃矿氧复合机理的研究提供可靠的理论依据。通过对含硫矿石自热、吸氧速率和着火点的测定实验,系统研究含硫矿石自燃倾向性的测定指标、方法和标准。为含硫矿石自燃矿氧复合机理的提出和验证提供实验数据支持。在系统分析含硫矿石自燃反应过程基础上,提出了含硫矿石自燃矿氧复合机理。并利用含硫矿石自燃反应各阶段的特征温度点对矿氧复合机理进行验证,丰富和完善了含硫矿石自燃理论体系。对影响含硫矿石自燃倾向性的特征指标的重要度和相关性进行分析和研究,参照煤矿危险性分级标准,制定出含硫矿石自燃倾向性判定指标分级表。为含硫矿石自燃危险性预测以及预测模型参数和边界条件的确定提供依据。在上述理论和实验的基础上,利用多孔介质和流体动力学理论,通过分析含硫矿石堆的产热、散热特征以及热平衡规律,建立含硫矿石堆自燃危险性预测模型,并利用矿山实例对模型进行计算和验证。含硫矿石自燃机理、倾向性判定和危险性预测的研究,为开展矿床开采设计时可事先采取有效的预防措施提供理论基础,对于含硫矿石的自燃防治具有重大意义。

【Abstract】 Spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores is one of the major hazard in mining of sulfideore deposits. Because of different experimental conditions, the existing experimental datacould not to be shared and lack of quantitative research about the spontaneous combustiontendency of sulfide ores, the control techniques research about the sulfide ores of spontaneouscombustion had been restricted. In this paper, with the methods of combination of theory andthe experiment, reaction process of the sulfide ores of spontaneous combustion, spontaneouscombustion Mechanism, risk prediction technique and tendency determination technique hadbeen researched systemically.On the basis of analysis phase and composition of sulfide ores, to study its various stagesspontaneous combustion thermal reaction.It could summed up that the reaction process ofsulfide ores spontaneous combustion, in essence, was a continuous compoundly process ofsulfide ores with oxygen. That would be provided a reliable basis for the study thespontaneous combustion mechanism of sulfide ores.Through the sulfide ores self-heating experiment, the oxygen uptake speed experimentand the fire point experiment, to study the determination targets of sulfide ores of spontaneouscombustion tendency, the method and the standard. In order to provide the data supports forthe proposes and the confirmation of the compound mechanism of sulfide ores and oxygen.Based on the systematic analysis about spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores reactionprocess, Put forward the compound mechanism of sulfide ores and oxygen. And uses variousstages characteristic temperatures of reaction process of sulfide ores spontaneous combustionto confirm it, rich and perfect the mechanism of sulide ores spontaneous combustion systeminfo.Through calculation influence coefficient and relativity coefficient of various factors, Taking into account the risk grading standards for coal mines, the spontaneous combustiontendency of sulfide ores grading standards was put forward, In order to provide the reliablebasis for forecast model parameter and the boundary condition determination.Based on above mentioned theories and experiments, the spontaneous combustioncharacteristics of sulfide ores and the motion law of gas had been analyzed. The mathematicalmodels of spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores pile was set up, by analyzing the heatproduction and heat dissipation characteristics of the sulfide ores pile.The research of the spontaneous combustion reaction process and the mechanism ofspontaneous combustion of sulfide ores, the spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores,this could provide a theoretical basis for take effective preventive measures when miningdesign was carried out of sulfurous ore deposits. It has great significance for prevention andtreatment for the spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores.
