数字内容产业成长机理及发展策略研究

【摘要】 数字化技术的快速发展,使数字内容产业逐渐成为信息产业的重要分支,获得了相对独立的发展。随着全球市场经济体系的逐步完善和各项政策的全面实施,数字内容产业已经显示出其应有的产业特性和价值增长潜力。通过准确分析和揭示全球数字内容产业的成长历程和特点,探寻和掌握数字内容产业的成长机理及规律,促进中国数字内容产业的快速成长,已成为一项急待解决的重大课题。本文基于全球数字内容产业的成长状况为研究背景,深入阐述和总结了数字内容产业的内涵界定、国内外数字内容产业的发展规模、速度和产业细分市场格局;融合多门学科的理论知识体系和多种研究方法,以理论提出问题、模型分析问题、实证解决问题的研究思路研究数字内容产业成长机理及发展策略。本文综述了国内外相关研究成果,构建了数字内容产业的理论研究基础。数字内容产业在主观形式、客观内容、组织复杂等因素的共同作用下成长和发展着,相关的理论是研究的重要基础,包括信息资源管理、产业链、产业集群、产业经济学、区域经济学和价值链理论。在这些理论的指导下,对数字内容产业界定了概念内涵,明晰了机理模型,制定了发展策略。(1)总结了数字内容产业的成长过程、环境和市场特征。数字内容产业的成长历程大体上经历了产业形成、成长和成型三个阶段,从产业分布、产业发展模式、竞争特点和产业投资理论联系实际的阐述了数字内容产业的成长特点。从政策、经济、社会、技术四个层面概述了数字内容产业的成长环境,分析了产业成长的有利和不利因素。从产业区域性分布看欧美地区占据绝对领先的地位,从政府支撑产业发展模式看政府推进是支撑全球数字内容产业发展的一个重要模式,从产业供给竞争特征看全球的数字内容产业的竞争格局日趋交叉化、复杂化、高强度化,竞争推动了整体产业发展,从产业盈利模式看产业赢利模式仍有待于发展和成熟,逐渐向多元化、差异化发展。(2)基于产业集群背景下的数字内容产业形成机理。数字内容产业集群与产业集聚是两个不同的相关概念,在分析数字内容产业集聚原因的基础上,研究了数字内容产业集群的形成过程、影响因素和集聚机理。得出了数字内容企业通过人才、技术、资本和市场的因果反馈作用,为数字内容产业集聚的发展提供支持,高水平的相互作用是数字内容产业集聚的主要推动力的结论。数字内容产业集聚的动力机制模型包括内在动力机制和外在作用机制。内在动力及信息产业集聚中包含本地资源转化为内生优势;外在作用机制分别政府行为、外部竞争环境等,其作用是带来信息产业集聚的外部优势。(3)数字内容产业链的成长机理及模型。结合全球数字内容产业链的成长现状,从产业链的构成、成长途径与条件、成长动因与机理以及成长模型等方面来研究数字内容产业链成长的基本规律,得出数字内容产业链的成长来自交易效率、劳动生产效率、专业化分工、社会资本积累能力、交易信息传递水平,甚至隐性知识传递和技术溢出等多种因素的共同作用。应用超边际结构模型分析交易效率水平、劳动分工深化和数字内容产业链的整体效应三者之间呈现出一种互动内生的关系。数字内容产业链的成长是一个系统而复杂的过程。(4)提出了数字内容产业发展途径及其策略。全球价值链理论为数字内容产业的升级方式和途径提供了有效的分析工具。分析了数字内容产业链升级包括过程升级、产品升级、功能升级和链条升级四种方式和途径。阐释了数字内容产业的生命曲线反映了数字内容产业的发展程度随时间的变化规律。提出了延伸与整合两种发展策略,即纵向延伸策略、“微笑曲线”策略、水平整合和垂直整合策略。从以PEST环境推进数字内容产业升级和宏观、中观、微观数字内容产业升级的可选途径总结了中国数字内容产业的发展途径及发展策略。(5)分析了中国数字内容产业的发展状况与策略。通过全面分析、总结中国数字内容产业的结构、影响因素、产业发展状况,发现了产业发展中存在的问题。采集、应用了国内权威统计数据,提升了研究的说服力和可信度。从内容数字化的发展模式、数字内容产业的商业模式、数字内容产业链主导模式三个角度论述了中国数字内容产业链的成长模式。最后提出了中国数字内容产业发展的对策建议。本文的理论价值在于,以数字内容产业集群形成机理、产业链成长机理及产业升级途径为主要研究方向,涉及的范围较广,研究内容具有一定的深度,研究工作有一定的原创性,研究成果不仅能为全球的数字内容产业发展提供新的策略,也能为中国数字内容产业的健康有序发展提供理论依据。本文的应用价值在于研究成果具有科学性和可操作性,提出发展数字内容产业的整体策略及应用模型,指导数字内容产业的实践活动。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of digital technology, digital content industry (DCI) has become an important branch of information industry and obtained independent development. As the global market economy improves and policy fully implements, the DCI has shown proper characteristics and value-added capability. How to analyze accurately to reveal growth process and characteristics of global DCI, and how to explore and master growth and law mechanism to enhance rapid growth of Chinese DCI, have become a pressing major issue.Based on the growth condition of global DCI, this paper, firstly, elaborates and summarizes the DCI connotation definition, development scale, speed, and industry subdivision market pattern of the domestic and international DCI. And then, integrates theories of multi-discipline and various research methods to study growth mechanism and development strategy of the DCI with the research ideas, which are raising problems by theory, analyzing problems by model, and solving problems by demonstration.This paper reviews the relevant research results at home and abroad, to build theoretical research base of the DCI which grows and develops in combined action of factors as subjective form, objective content, and organization complexity. Its important basis is related theory, including information resource management, industrial chain, industrial clusters, industrial economics, regional economics and value chain theory. Under the guidance of these theories, the paper defines the concept connotation of the DCI, clarifies mechanism model, and formulates development strategy.(1) Summarizing development process, environment and market characteristics of the DCI. The DCI experiences three stages: formation stage, growth stage, and modeling stage. It describes development characteristics of the DCI in aspects of industrial distribution, industrial development model, competitive features and industrial investment; overviews development environment and analyzes positive and negative factors of industry growth in aspects of policy, economy, society and technology. Looking from regional distribution, Europe and America occupy a absolutely leading position; from the mode of government supporting industry development, government is an important mode to support development of global DCI; from characteristics of industry supplying competition, the competition pattern of global DCI becomes overlapping, complex and high-intensive, moreover, competition promotes the whole industry development; as for industry profit mode, it needs to develop and be more mature, and should gradually diversifies and differentiates.(2) Formation mechanism of the DCI based on the industry cluster. The digital content industry cluster (DCIC), different from industry cluster, studies the formation process, influencing factors and agglomeration mechanism by analyzing cause of the DCIC, and then, obtain the conclusion that the digital content enterprises support development of the DCIC through cause-and-effect relations among talent, technology, capital and market, and high level interaction, which is the main driving force of DCIC. The dynamical model of DCIC contains internal and external mechanisms. The inner dynamism takes local resources into endogenous advantages; external dynamism includes government behaviors and external competitive environment, and its role is to bring external advantages of DCIC.(3) The growth mechanism and models of digital content industry chain (DCIN).With the growth situation of DCIN, this paper studies basic laws of DCIN development in aspects of industry chain structure, ways and conditions of growth, development drivers and mechanism and development model, then it concludes that the DCIN develops by combined actions of transaction efficiency, labor productivity, specialization, ability to accumulate social capital, transaction information transmission level, or even tacit knowledge transfer and technology spillovers and other factors. Three samples, which are analyzing trade efficiency level with inframarginal structural model, deepening of division of labor, and the overall effect of DCIN, show endogenous relationship. The growth of DICN is a complex and systemic process.(4) Promoting the development way and strategy of DCI. Global value chain theory provides effective analytical tool for the upgrade mode and means of DCI. DCIN upgrading contains four ways: process upgrading, product upgrading, function upgrading and chain upgrading. The life curve of DCI reflects that the development level of DCI varies with time. It also proposes two development strategies: extension and integration, namely, the vertical extension strategy, the "smiling curve" strategy, horizontal integration and vertical integration strategy. From approaches of PEST environment promoting the DCI upgrading, and DCI upgrading in macro, medium and micro scopes, we summarize the development way of Chinese DCI. (5) Analyzing the development situation and strategy of Chinese DCI. Through comprehensively analyzing and summarizing the structure, influencing factors, industrial development condition of Chinese DCI, we discover the problems in industry development, besides; we collect and apply the domestic authoritative statistical data to enhance the persuasiveness and credibility. From three angles as development model of digital content, business model of DCI, and leading model of DCIN, we discusses the growth model of DCIN. Finally propose the strategies and countermeasures of Chinese DCI.In theoretical value, this paper mainly researches on the DCIC formation mechanism, industry chain growth mechanism and industrial upgrading method, with a broader scope, certain depth and originality, and the research achievement can not only provide new strategy for the development of global DCI, but also can provide theory basis for Chinese DCI to develop healthily and orderly. In application value, the research achievement is scientific and operational; the paper proposes overall strategy and application models of DCI development, to guide the practice of DCI.
