【摘要】 论文研究分析了现有矿区主要资源的分类、矿区资源的物质属性和矿产资源循环特点,描述了我国矿产资源开发现状,深入分析了长期以来煤炭开采所采用的粗放式经营的传统开发利用所造成矿产资源过度破坏和巨大浪费,揭示了目前煤炭开采方法对环境的影响规律以及经济效益低下的原因,为研究高效的煤炭开采利用模式提供依据。结合矿区实际情况,从物质流的角度定量研究矿产资源开发利用对生态环境的影响。对煤炭生产中物质流进行了均衡分析。论文全面论述了循环经济的理念和“3R”原则,并将其应用于煤矿矿区资源开发利用中,提出了矿区资源开发利用的两类循环经济模式,一类是“三不同”循环经济模式,即在煤炭企业、企业群体和社会三个层面上采取不同的形式来发展循环经济;另一类是“四综合”循环经济模式,即按其产业性质和工艺流程分为开采和加工两大部分,具体就是矿山勘探、开采、洗选和产品深加工四个阶段的循环经济模式。以循环经济的“3R”原则,编制了平禹煤电公司循环经济发展规划,建立了矿区资源开发利用投入产出模型,并对平禹煤电公司2008~2015年各项指标进行预测,预测结果表明,该公司2009年循环经济的局部试验,取得了明显的效果。提出了矿产资源开发利用循环经济发展模式的战略措施。该论文有图37幅,表24个,参考文献101篇。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of definition for mining, this thesis analyzed classifications of main resources in mining and characters of circulation in mineral resources, discussed the development status of mineral resources in China, in-depth analyzed the excessive destruction and enormous waste caused by extensive operation of traditional exploitation mode in coal mining over time, revealed the current method of coal mining discipline on environmental impact and the reasons for low economic benefits, and then provided a basis for coal resources exploitation and utilization mode. From the perspective of material flow, it quantitative researched the impacts on ecology environment by exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, integrated mining conditions. It built the material flow system of mining resources exploitation and utilization system, discussed that industrial enterprises from“end-of-pipe control”to the“whole process control”shall be inevitable by the study of the ecological damage and environmental pollution causes under market mechanism, and put forward a mining enterprise handling of waste.The thesis comprehensive exposited circular economy and“3R”principles, and applied to the exploitation and utilization of coal mining resources, at the same time, it put forward two types of the recycling economy model for exploitation and utilization of mining resources, one is“Three Differences”which means to take different forms for the development of circular economy in the coal business, business groups and society; the other is“Four Complexes”which means divided the coal mining into exploration and machining by industries and processes, specifically four stages of circular economy model are mining exploration, mining, washing and in-depth processing.It prepared the circular economy development plans of Pingyu coal and power company under“3R”principles, set up input-output model of exploitation and utilization for mining resources, and predicted all indexes in Pingyu from 2008 to 2015, the results show that the company local test of circular economy has achieved obvious results by 2009.The strategy measures for exploitation and utilization circular economy development model of mineral resources was put forward at last.更多还原
