露天煤矿边坡稳定关键影响因素及边坡治理与采矿一体化方法研究

【摘要】 论文以露天煤矿边坡为研究对象,全面分析了影响露天煤矿边坡的因素,确定了影响岩土边坡稳定的关键因素——岩体力学参数、水和露天采矿条件;研究了露天煤矿边坡岩体力学性质空间和时间上的分布特征。一般情况下,深度越大,岩体力学性质越好;物料堆积时间越长,岩体力学性质越好;通过运用理论分析和物理模型对边坡中静水压力分布进行分析和研究,提出了一种新的合理的边坡水压分布情况;运用时效边坡理论和边坡稳定性分析,提出了一种新的倾角计算公式,并且分析了临界倾角与其它采场边坡参数的关系。大型近水平露天煤矿内排压帮后,使得端帮的高度减小,利用露天矿端帮边坡与内排土场、工作帮的关系研究露天矿端帮边坡的时效性,分析了露天采矿参数对端帮边坡暴露时间影响,采用端帮边坡的暴露时间作为边坡时效性评价的指标,结合端帮边坡压帮前后稳定系数变化的对比分析,根据给出的判断准则,通过对影响露天煤矿边坡稳定性关键因素的分析,建立了露天采矿与边坡一体化方法,即通过采前模拟分析和采后边坡监测等手段,分析合理的露天煤矿开采顺序、物料的堆砌程序以及合理的开采程序。通过部分实例研究验证了研究内容、方法和结果的正确性和有效性,为层状岩土边坡稳定分析提供正确、简洁的方法,使边坡稳定性分析更加接近实际情况,对于丰富和发展露天开采设计理论与实际应用具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 This paper uses surface coal mine slope as the object of study, comprehensively analyses the factors that affect surface coal mine slope, determines the key factors that affect slope stability--mechanical parameters of rock, water, and surface mining conditions; researches the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of surface coal mine slope rock’s mechanical properties Under normal circumstances, the greater the depth, the better the mechanical properties of rock; the longer materials accumulated, the better the mechanical properties of rock; by using theoretical analysis and physical model to analyze and research the hydrostatic pressure distribution of slope, proposes a new reasonable distribution of slope water pressure; puts forward a new formula for calculating the inclination based on the timeliness slope theory and slope stability analysis, analyzes the relationship between the critical inclination and other parameters of the slope.After inner-dumping with burying slope of flatted surface coal mine, the height of the end-slope reduced, the timeliness of end-slope in surface coal mines was studied based on the relation-ship between end-slope of surface coal mines, inner dump and working slope. The influences of mining parameters on end-slope exposure were analyzed with the exposing time of end-slope as the criterion for valuing the timeliness of end-slope, according to comparative analysis to changes in coefficient of stability before and after the burying slope of end-slope as well as the given estimating standard, through analysis key elements that affecting surface coal mine slope stability, established integrating operation of surface mining and slope control treatments, by the means of pre-mining simulation analysis and post-mining slope monitoring, analyzed the reasonable surface mining sequence, materials accumulating process and reasonable mining process. This paper studied several actual projects to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the research contents, provided correct, concise methods for the slope stability analysis, to make the slope stability analysis closer to the actual situation, it has great significance for the enrichment and development of surface mining design theory and practical application.
