【摘要】 加强新技术和新理论在城市绿地系统规划中的应用研究,既是城市人居环境建设的需要也是城市绿地系统规划学科发展的需要。为此,本文针对当前我国城市绿地系统规划编制中存在的主要缺陷,从提高规划的合理性和科学性出发,对以3S技术为代表的新技术新理论在城市绿地系统规划中的应用进行了探讨,试图丰富和完善在3S技术支持下的具有普遍指导意义的城市绿地系统规划理论与方法体系。本文首先从当前城市绿地系统规划所面临的背景、发展趋势和亟需解决的问题入手,提出了城市绿地系统规划引入3S等新技术和新理论的必要性和现实意义。然后对3S技术支持下的城市绿地现状遥感调查与评价,基于可达性理论的城市公园绿地规划和基于适宜性评价的城市绿地系统规划空间布局理论与方法进行了详细探讨,以此为基础提出了3S技术支持下的城市绿地系统规划理论与方法体系,并在常州市绿地系统近期建设规划编制中进行了应用实践。研究表明,3S技术及其相关理论在城市绿地系统规划中的应用,合理有效,实用性较强,弥补了传统城市绿地系统规划理论与方法的不足,探索了一种新的规划途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 That enhancing application of new Technology and theories in urban green space system planning, is both the need for construction of urban human settlements and urban green space system planning subject development. Therefore, this paper presents urban green space system planning defects in the preparation, from start to improve the planning of rational and scientific, and discuss the new technology represented on 3S technology to a new theory of urban green space system planning application. In order to to enrich and perfect theories and methods system supported by 3S technology with universal significance of urban green space system planning.Firstly,starting from the current urban green space system planning background, trends and pressing problem, this paper presents the necessity and practical significance to introduce new technology and theories such as 3S technology to urban green space system planning. Then this paper did survey and evaluation on the urban green space remote sensing by technical support of the 3S technology and discussed in detail about urban park green space planning basing on accessibility and urban green space system planning spatial layout on theories and methods of suitability assessment. On the basis, this paper puts forward the urban green space system planning theories and methods system supported by 3S technology, and applied in the recent construction of Changzhou City green space system planning practice. The results show that 3S technology and its related theories in the urban green space system planning application are reasonable , effective, practical, have made up the shortage of the traditional urban green space system planning theories and methods, and have explored a new planning way.更多还原
