高速公路服役隧道结构可靠性分析与后评估研究

【摘要】 随着我国隧道的大规模建设,尤其是大量公路隧道的迅猛发展,服役隧道的可靠性分析和安全评价引起学术界和工程界越来越多的关注,而在服役结构分析和安全评价中,传统的方法常采用单一的安全系数方法,由于该方法不能考虑各影响参数的随机特征,存在诸多不能克服的弊端。研究服役隧道可靠性评估的理论和方法,不仅对于工程领域认识隧道结构的性能变化有重要意义,而且还有助于解决服役隧道的运营安全性具有重要的科学价值和广泛的工程应用前景。本文在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,总结了结构可靠性分析方面的模型,分析了工程应用过程中存在的优缺点,为弥补以往仅仅局限于单因素作用及强度方面研究的不足,建立了服役隧道可靠性时变评价数学模型,并利用工程现场检测数据和资料进行了分析,该模型能较好地反映现场隧道结构的可靠性状况。通过对服役隧道结构损伤病害诱发机理的理论分析,探讨了服役隧道结构可靠性分析的相关影响因素、归纳了服役隧道混凝土衬砌裂缝类型并进行了分类,利用现场检测结果和层次网络分析法,给出了隧道可靠性分析指标及其权重确定方法。在服役隧道工程中,由于影响隧道工程可靠性因素众多,既要考虑现场具体地质因素,同时要考虑工程因素的影响。基于现场地质条件、工程因素、现场检测工作,综合考虑服役隧道工程特点,引入集成思路和实现技术,将高速公路服役隧道结构及其围岩放在整个系统中考虑,提出并建立了高速公路服役隧道健康诊断评价体系。基于建立的健康诊断体系,利用现代计算机技术,给出了评价指标的取值方法及其权重范围,研制了服役隧道结构健康诊断决策系统,该系统从现场检测的数据和资料入手,采用不同子系统调用相同数据库,根据目前人机交互技术和可视化技术,实现健康评估、病害诊断的初步量化,具有实时可视化评估的特点。工程应用方面,结合沈丹高速公路大峪隧道工程,首先进行了现场观测和基本参数的测试,利用自行开发研制的服役隧道健康诊断决策系统,对大峪隧道工程进行了初步评估,对于指导隧道工程今后养护、维修和加固处理决策提供了新的手段和方法。文中关于高速公路服役隧道结构可靠性评估理论的一系列有益探讨,对于充分发挥隧道结构潜能、优化维修决策及结构维修加固机理等方面的研究进展具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of the tunnel construction, especially many expressway tunnels, more and more attention has been paid to the reliability and security of the tunnel structure which is in active service. However, the traditional safety evaluation method involves only single safety factor and fails to consider the random characteristic of the impact parameter, the method has many insuperable defects. So the study of the theory and the method of the structure in service will be not only fit for the practice tunnel construction but also helpful for the further revision of the structure designing criteria and the reliability judging standard.This paper, on the basis of much reference, summarizes the structure reliability judging model, analyses the existing merit and default, and establishes the structure stability under the influence of outer environment, time and interior impact for improving the defect of the past study of the structure reliability judging model which is restricted by the single factor.This paper discusses the influencing factor and instability form of the tunnel structure, summarizes the crack type of the tunnel lining, describes the judgment of the tunnel stability and establishes the stability of judgment and the reliability factor of the speedway tunnel.Among the tunnels in service, due to so many effect factors, the geology situation in site and the tunnel itself should be considered in the same time. On the foundation of the practical geology, the structure and the practical observation data, the study takes speedway tunnel in service into account, by virtue of thinking integration and technology, make the tunnel and the rock mass in the same environment and firstly sets up the speedway tunnel health consultation decision making system. It begins with the practical data, by means of many subsystems to realize the quantifying of health consultation and pathology prediction. With the help of the man-computer technique and visualization technology, this system can make the real-time visualization evaluation.In the aspect of the practice engineering, corporated with the Dayu tunnel in the Dandong to Benxi speedway in LiaoNing province, the element and practical data have been collected first, and then by using the system the Dayu tunnel has been evaluated simply, which we believe provides new methods helping the tunnel engineering repair and stabilization. This paper makes much useful discussion about the reliability theory of the speedway tunnel in service, which has great theory and practical value in the sides of making best use of the tunnel structure potency, optimizing maintenance decision and structural stabilization mechanism.
