【摘要】 木材产业作为国家的基础工业,为国家建设做出了突出贡献。尤其是代表林业产业发展方向的人造板产业,近几年由于国内外木材市场的扩大,使我国成为世界上最大的人造板消费国和出口国,为国家创造了较好的经济效益和社会效益。我国木材工业在高速发展的同时,部分地区因追求短期经济效益,忽视其生态特点,产业发展过程中的无序和恶性竞争导致的非持续发展现象凸现。但是,也有个别地区通过发挥区域、产业、企业竞争优势,实现了产业的良性循环,取得了较强的区域木材产业竞争力。论文在对国内外区域木材加工业发展沿革和经验进行总结的基础上,分析了我国木材工业存在的竞争优势和劣势,机会和威胁,并结合专家建议和典型企业调查,从经济学、社会学、管理学和生态学的角度对竞争力影响因素进行了探讨,得出了我国区域木材产业竞争力是区域宏观环境竞争因素、中观产业发展战略竞争因素和微观企业绩效水平竞争因素综合影响的结论。在此基础上,构建了一套全新的包含区域、产业、企业三个层面的“轮—辕”竞争力评价模型,该模型包含了区域可持续发展因素、产业战略发展因素和企业绩效水平因素。竞争力一级评价指标要素权重采用层次分析法,二级指标要素权重采用主成分分析法。最后论文运用我国国家统计年鉴和各区域统计年鉴2001-2008年的数据和资料,对我国区域木材工业竞争力进行了综合评价和比较。本研究认为:区域木材加工业竞争力主要由区域经济实力、区域发展能力、区域科技创新能力、区域循环经济发展能力、区域木材加工产业战略发展能力和企业绩效水平六大要素构成,产业竞争力呈现出高级生产要素具有较强的替代效应和与区域发展水平相匹配的层次性。实现区域木材产业竞争力的关键路径是以循环经济为宗旨,发挥区域高级产业要素资源优势,优化产业组织、调整产业结构,延展产业链,培植区域龙头企业,形成产业发展极和发展带。研究成果对制定产业发展政策,防止产业竞争的无序性和盲目性具有参考价值。论文对竞争力影响因素多角度的研究,拓宽了竞争力理论研究的视野,“轮—辕”竞争力评价模型的构建和实证分析,发展了木材行业竞争力分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Timber industry as the country’s basic industry,have made a great contribution to our country.Particularly,the wood-processing industry representing the orientation of timber industrial development, create a better economic and social benefits,with China becoming the largest country of consuming and exporting wood-processing,due to the expansion of domestic and international timber market in recent years.Mean-while,due to the rapid growth of China’s timber industry,some regions only pay attention to short-term economic,neglect ecological characteristics,so disorderly and vicious competition appear,which led to the phenomenon of non-sustainable development in many regions.but some districts taking advantage of the region、industry、enterprise,achieve a virtuous cycle of industry and make a strong competitiveness.The dissertation on the basis of summing up history and experience of regional wood-processing industry at home and abroad, analyzes the competitive advantages and disadvantages,the opportunities and threats of China’s wood-processing industry. It concludes that the competitiveness of regional wood-processing comes from sustainable development of regional macro-environment、industry development competitive strategies and the micro-level performance of enterprises, by analyzing the competitiveness factors from economics、sociology、management and ecology of the theoretical point of view and combining with expert advice and a typical enterprise surveys. On this basis,the dissertation establishes a“Wheel-Shaft”evaluation model concluding the sustainable development of region、industrial strategy and enterprise’s performance. In this model,the weights of the first groups indicator elements use the analytic hierarchy,the weight of the second groups indicators elements use principal component analysis.Last,by using national and regioual Statistical Year-book data and information from the period 2001-2008, it conducts a comprehensive evaluation and comparison for the competitiveness of China’s regional wood-processing industry.The dissertation concludes that a regional wood-processing industry’s competitiveness mainly comes from the strength of the regional economy, regional development capacity, regional scientific and technological innovation capacity, regional recycling economy development capacity, the regional strategic development of wood-processing industry and the performance levels of corporates. The competitiveness of wood-processing industry displays the strong orientation that the advanced factors of production replace the low-level factors. The key path to achieve competitiveness of the regional wood-process industry is based on circular economy to take advantage of regional high-level industrial elements of resources,to optimize the industrial organization, to adjust industrial structure, to extend industrial chain, to foster regional leading enterprise and to form development zone and development pole.The research has good contribution to making-decision and prevent disorder and blindness competition of wood-process industry. The multi-angle study on competitiveness factors broaden the vision of the competitiveness of theoretical research.The“Wheel-Shaft”competitiveness evaluation model’s establishment and empirical analysis develope competitiveness research methods.更多还原
