【摘要】 “产业集聚”作为一个重要的经济社会现象,已成为许多国家、区域或城市经济的显著特征。产业集聚现象已经成为众多学科研究的前沿问题,国内外众多学者从不同层面和角度对产业集聚进行了广泛深入地研究。林业产业的发展是林业发展的关键。林业产业是一个特殊的复合产业群体,有其自身特点,涉及一、二、三的三个产业的多个门类,是以培育、经营、保护和利用森林资源为主,向社会提供林产品和林业服务的物质生产。林业产业已成为最具发展潜力的朝阳产业。江苏省苏北地区在平原林业发展上独树一帜,林业产业发展取得了重大成效,形成一定规模的产业集聚,实现了大地增绿、农民增收、企业增效、政府增税的综合效益。因此,研究苏北地区林业产业集聚对苏北地区(林业)经济增长的效应具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。产业集聚是论文研究的出发点,区域经济增长是论文的落脚点。重点研究林业产业集聚与苏北地区(林业)区域经济增长关系,试图通过产业集聚对苏北地区(林业)经济增长的影响分析,从林业投资、消费和贸易的影响路径来寻找破解这道难题的答案。另外,产业集聚的研究者众多、成果颇丰,但林业产业集聚研究者甚少,林业产业集聚的研究成果不多,研究刚刚起步,属于初创工作,所以,专门系统深入研究林业产业集聚提高了该领域的研究深度,拓展了目前产业集聚理论研究的产业范畴,丰富了产业集聚理论。专家学者对苏北地区林业产业研究虽然逐渐深入,但对苏北地区林业产业集聚形成机理的梳理、苏北地区林业产业集聚水平指数的测算等类似研究未见报道,这也拓宽研究的视野,丰富苏北地区林业产业相关理论。论文研究立足于林业产业集聚的基础上,选取苏北地区作为典型案例,通过实地调查(问卷调查、访谈)获取真实信息,同时查阅文献资料予以补充,运用数学及统计分析软件进行数据处理与分析。采用实证分析与规范分析相结合、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法进行研究。总之,以产业集聚为视角加快苏北地区林业产业升级,为苏北地区林业发展以及我国平原林业发展寻找路径,实现林业产业升级,提高林业产业经济效益,促进苏北地区(林业)经济的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Industry Cluster" as an important economic and social phenomenon, has become an important feature in many countries, regions or cities. Agglomeration phenomenon has become the subject of a number of frontier issues, so, many domestic and foreign scholars have extensively studied from different aspects and perspectives.The development of forestry industry is key to the development of forestry. Forestry industry is a special composite industry groups with its own characteristics. It involved three industry categories, namely, agriculture, industry, and territory, mainly focusing on the cultivation, management, protection and utilization of forestry, and offers various forestry product and material basis for forestry service. Forestry, industry has become a prosperous enterprise.Northern Part of Jiangsu province has unique features in plain forestry development. It has made significant achievements, with more green areas covered in Northern Part, more income in farmers’hands, more benefit in enterprises bills and more taxes in government Treasury. Therefore, the study in Northern Forestry Industry Cluster on Northern region (forestry) has great impact on the economic growth and important theoretical and practical value.Industrial cluster is the starting point for research papers, and regional economic growth is the starting point of this thesis. Forestry Industry Cluster focuses on Northern (Forestry) Regional Economic Growth, trying to gather on the Northern Industrial Area (forestry) the impact of economic growth, from forestry investment, consumption and trade of the path to find the Ultimate Way answer. In addition, the industrial agglomeration of many researchers has yielded fruitful results, but a researcher rarely focuses on forestry industry gathering and the relationship of industrial agglomeration and ecology growth.The present study focuses on industry cluster, with forestry industry cluster its main content. Experts on the Northern region, while gradually in-depth study of forestry industry, but in Northern Forestry Industry Cluster formation mechanism of the sort, Northern Forestry Industry Cluster also measured the level of index no literature information.Thesis based on the forestry industry cluster, and selected Northern as a typical case. Through field surveys (questionnaires, interviews) and documentation, we obtained true information by using mathematical and statistical analysis software for data processing and analysis .With the combination of empirical and descriptive data our study was carried out.In short, the perspective and methods to accelerate industrial agglomeration forestry industrial upgrading and development of forestry in North Jiangsu Plain forestry development in is a useful method to achieve industrial upgrading forestry, improve the economic efficiency of forestry industry in the Northern areas of Jiangsu Province.更多还原
