【摘要】 林业生态体系与林业产业体系之间彼此交织,相互作用的关系贯穿于整个林业发展的历史,研究林业生态与产业体系的协调问题具有重要的现实意义。本文首先总结了林业发达国家林业生态与产业体系协调发展历程和相关理论的进展情况的基础上,把我国林业发展历程划分为若干个阶段,认为两者是相互割裂的并分析了造成两者割裂的主要原因。其次,本文提出了林业生态与产业协调研究的基本理论框架,分析了林业生态体系的生态效益及其社会效益、林业产业体系的经济效益及其社会效益,两大体系效益之间的关系既存在竞争性,又存在合作性,是在竞争基础上的协调共生。提出了FE&I复合系统的共生协调度的概念及其定性划分。第三,本文在种间竞争模型的基础上构建了FE&I复合系统演化模型,根据共生协调度评价方法,通过建立评价指标体系,对共生协调度评价涉及的参数进行估算,确立了FE&I复合系统共生协调度的评判标准。第四,通过对全国林业1999-2007年的统计数据整理、测算,从时间序列角度对我国林业发展过程中林业生态与产业的共生协调度进行了全面评价；同时,对各省林业生态与产业共生协调度进行了横向的比较；最后,本文从林纸一体化和林业循环经济两个方面讨论了促进我国林业生态与产业体系共生协调发展的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forest ecological and industrial systems have interacted over the history of forestry. Study on the problem of harmonization of forest ecology and industry has a great significance. First, the history of forestry advanced countries has been reviewed in this paper. Several phases were divided, a conclusion was drawn that during the developing course of Chinese forest, forest ecology and industry were dissevered and the reason of disseverance was explained in the paper.Secondly, a basic frame with ecological economics, ecology and system theory was established. Different benefits of forest ecology system and forest industry system of forestry were analyzed by theory of ecological economics. I found that forest ecology system and forest industry system compete and collaborate with each other. It is a kind of coupling symbiosis. The definition of harmonious symbiosis of FE&I compound system and a qualitative grade dividing model was proposed in this paper.Thirdly, a quantitative model to evaluate different level of harmonious symbiosis was put forward on the basis of Lotka-Volterra model. Elements of the model were defined by an indicator system, as well as the criterions of judgment.Fourthly,9 years of statistical data of Chinese forestry was collected and processed, level of harmonious symbiosis of forest ecology and economy in time series for the whole nation was evaluated. On the other hand, an evaluation on each province was done to compare and classify into different cluster to find the difference among these provinces.In the end, two patterns of integrating chain of forest industry and developing recycling economy were summarized; relevant suggestions on how to realize the harmonization goal of forestry were proposed.更多还原
