植物秸秆包装容器造型设计研究

【摘要】 目前,世界各国对绿色包装材料和包装造型设计进行积极探索,我国包装行业也进入新的发展时期。本文基于可持续发展的绿色包装设计理念,对植物秸秆包装容器造型设计进行深入研究,解决植物秸秆包装容器的干法成型技术,通过对物料特性及对热压干法成型机理的研究,给出成型工艺参数和工艺配方,完善造型设计。将艺术设计理论方法与木材科学、包装技术相结合,设计开发植物秸秆包装容器造型。将形态变化规律和造型设计方法应用于植物秸秆包装容器造型设计,探寻植物秸秆包装容器造型设计成型的可应用性,构建包装造型、结构、材料、工艺融合的系统体系。进行植物秸秆包装容器绿色产品设计和研发,以科技创新实现包装设计和包装生产绿色化。研究包装容器成型过程的影响因素。包括秸秆的成分和碎料粒度、施胶量、成型温度、成型压力、成型时间、性能(防水、防油、防醇等),以及成型工艺参数的影响,探索合理的工作压力、温度及工业化生产控制参数,达到包装要求的强度、刚度等标准的要求。研究以秸秆碎料为原材料,添加绿色助剂,设计生产壁厚均匀、致密、表面光洁的植物秸秆包装容器,满足绿色、环保、可降解的性能要求。对干法成型机理、各种助剂和工艺技术进行实验研究。通过单因素实验对初选的几种绿色助剂进行实验分析,找出各添加剂对包装容器使用性能的影响规律。通过实验确定植物秸秆包装容器成型的主要影响因素及其取值范围,用正交实验对实验的结果进行极差分析,得出最佳成型工艺参数。通过材料性能测试和压缩性能测试实验,探讨力学性能对植物秸秆包装容器造型的影响。利用有限元软件对包装容器进行仿真分析,完善植物秸秆包装容器结构设计,为包装容器结构改进和模具的开发提供借鉴。本文在理论创新和应用创新方面取得成果。将植物秸秆包装容器造型设计所涉及的材料科学理论、包装工程理论、艺术设计理论相结合,形成不同学科交叉融合的理论创新体系;按照造型与工艺、材料紧密结合的原则,以植物秸秆为基础原料,添加可降解绿色助剂,利用高温高压的方式干法生产植物秸秆包装容器。对植物秸秆包装容器造型形态、成型工艺及降解特性研究,探寻包装造型的设计创新变化的思路。充分利用我国丰富的秸秆资源,指导生产实践,推广应用绿色包装容器,促进我国包装产业进一步发展。

【Abstract】 At present, all countries in the world are actively engaging in expolring the green packaging material and packaging design research. Packaging industry in China also enters a new period of development. Based on the sustainable green packaging design concepts, this thesis made a deep research on the straw packaging container design, which featured by solving the dry forming technology application in straw packaging container.Through the study towards material properties and hot dry-forming mechanism, this thesis gave the complete process parameters and process formula in order to perfect the form design.Combining the artistic design theoretical approaches with wood science and packaging technology, this thesis developed the straw packaging container design. This research applied the morphology transformation law into the straw packaging design and explored the feasibility as well as establishing the system composed by structure, material and process integration. Particularly, this thesis focuses on the innovative research and development of the straw packaging container, featured by the realization of the technology innovation in the green packaging design.This thesis also made a research of the factors contributing to the molding of the packaging container, which includes components of straw, particle size, sizing amount, molding temperature, molding pressure, molding time, performance (waterproof, anti-oil, anti-alcohol, etc.) as well as the impact of the parameters. It analyses the rational molding pressure, temperature, control parameter in industrilization and requied strength and stiffness in the packaging. The experienment, with the straw debris as material added green additives, developed the straw pakaging container which has uniformed thickness, dense, smooth surface in order to meet the the green, environmental protection and biodegradable performance requirements.On the experiment approaches, this thesis made an experimental research of dry-form technology, additives and process technology. By the single-factor test of several additives on the primary test, it identifies the use of various additives on the performance of packaging container law, as well as the additives’effect on the performance of the packaging container. Through experiments to determine the main factors and their range in straw containers forming. Utilizing the orthogonal experiment to make a range analysis of the results. Getting the conclusion of the optimum molding process parameters.Designing by performance testing and compression properties of materials, this thesis explores the mechanical properties of straw on plant containers modeling effects. Using finite element software simulation and analysis of packaging containers, this thesis improve the straw packaging design and shed a light into improvement of container structure and development of mold.This thesis achieved the innovations not only in theoretical aspect but in applied aspects. Combing the material science theory, packaging engineering theory with arts design theory together, which involved in the straw packaging design. Thus forming the merge of multi-disciplines and creating the innovative theoretical system. Complied design, process with material together as the guidance of the research, straw as basic material, added the green biodegradable additive, this research using the approaches such as high pressure and high temperature, dry form to produce the straw packaging container.
