煤矸石凝石胶凝材料及其在似膏体充填中的应用

【摘要】 本文在地学理论和仿地成岩理论的指导下,以煤矸石为主要原料,通过采用煅烧、粉磨等不同的活化方法,制备了煤矸石凝石胶凝材料。煤矸石凝石胶凝材料完全满足国家标准对普通硅酸盐水泥所规定的各项性能指标。同时,以煤矸石凝石胶凝材料作胶结剂,以铁尾砂、粉煤灰为细骨料,制备似膏体充填料浆,并进行了似膏体充填材料性能的系统研究。实验数据表明,煤矸石凝石胶凝材料与水泥的主要区别在于煤矸石凝石胶凝材料可以固结尾矿、细砂、粘土等细粒级硅酸盐物料,同样用量时,凝石充填材料固化体强度是水泥的2-3倍。采用SEM及能谱分析手段,研究了凝石胶凝材料对细粒级的固结机理。最后将凝石胶凝材料应用于煤矿充填中,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 Under the guidance of the theory of the geology and simulation of natural rock formation, coal gangue Sialite cementitious material was prepared by using calcined and grinded coal gangue as the main raw material. The performance parameters of coal gangue Sialite cementitious material completely met the national standards of OPC. Meanwhile, paste-like fill slurry was prepared by using coal gangue Sialite cementitious material as the cementing agent, and using iron tailings and fly ash as the fine aggregate. The experimental data indicated that the main difference between Sialite cementitious material and cement is that the former can bond fine silicate materials such as tailings, fine sand, clay, etc. The strength of Sialite paste-like fill body is 2~3 times as much as that of cement paste-like fill body with the same dosage. The bonding mechanism of Sialite cementitious material solidifying fine grade silicate materials was analyzed by using SEM and spectrum analysis. Finally, Sialite on-site applications for coal mining backfill are presented, which provided good economic and environmental benefits.
