基于主动维护的液压系统污染控制理论研究

【摘要】 本文研究了液压系统主动维护中目标清洁度设置的方法和步骤,提出了最佳目标清洁度的理论和优化方法。论文将污染控制系统中的元件重新划分为污染发生器和污染控制器两类。通过引入污染重复过滤因子建立了具有有效过滤比的过滤器新模型,实现了过滤器纳污量和实时压差的仿真计算;并使用LabVIEW建立了标准仿真模块,实现了污染控制系统的可视化仿真和定量计算。仿真研究表明,在不同的污染入侵分布工况下,不同位置的过滤器对系统目标清洁度的实现和维护中贡献不同,必须根据实际工况对过滤器的配置加以优化以降低过滤器的维护费用。论文提出主流动和第二流动理论,通过一次完整的测量求得两个颗粒尺寸上颗粒数来确定油液中污染颗粒的分布,扩展了滤膜堵塞法的应用范围,降低了测量误差,并成功研制了DW1污染度检测仪。

【Abstract】 This paper studies the method and steps of setting up the object cleaning degree in proactive maintenance of the hydraulic system, and advances the best objective cleanliness theory and the optimized method. Those parts in the contamination control system are divided into two kinds——the contamination generator and the contamination controller., and the standard simulation modules are established in Lab VIEW. This paper establishes a new theoretical model of filter with effective filtration ratio by introduction the contaminant-repeat-filtration factor., realizing the simulation computation of the pollutant carrying capacity, the real-time differential pressure, and the contamination control system’s visualized simulation and the quantitative evaluation. The simulation research indicates that under different pollution invaded distribution condition, those filters in diverse position contributes differently to the realization and the maintenance of system’s objective cleanliness. The disposition of those filters should be optimized according to the actual condition to reduce filters’ maintenance cost. By proposing the first flow theory and the second flow theory, this paper obtains the distribution of the particles in the oil through getting the number of the particles in two size via a complete test, which expands the application scope of the filter diaphragm jamming method and reduces the measuring error. And DW1 oil contamination class tester is developed.
