露天煤矿拉斗铲台阶稳定性与合理参数研究

【摘要】 抛掷爆破和拉铲倒堆作业是我国特大型露天煤矿的一种新型开采工艺,本文针对我国第一个采用抛掷爆破和拉斗铲倒堆作业新工艺的黑岱沟露天煤矿出现台阶破坏问题和作业参数优化的需要,开展拉斗铲台阶稳定性评价和合理参数研究。论文基于现场工程地质调研和理论研究工作,建立了边坡工程力学模型,综合应用极限平衡法和数值模拟技术对拉斗铲实体台阶和松散台阶稳定性影响因素和变形演化规律进行了系统的研究,确定了黑岱沟露天煤矿实体台阶和作业台阶合理参数。研究成果用于该矿设计与生产,取得了明显的效果,同时为拉斗铲倒堆作业新工艺在我国的应用研究、工程设计与生产管理提供了有效的依据。

【Abstract】 The casting blast plus dragline stripping mining technology is a new kind of mining technology in the oversize surface mine in our country. In this paper, the problem that there are slope destruction occurred in dragline operation and the optimization of operating parameters in Heidaigou Surface Coal Mine is researched. Based on field research and theoretical analysis, Rigid Body Limit Equilibrium Method, and computer numerical simulation technology are synthetically used to research the stability of the high solid bench and the loosen bench that was formed after blasting used in dragline operations. Then the reasonable bench parameters were identified and it was verified in Heidaigou Surface Coal Mine, at the same time, it also provides effective accordation for the applied research, engineering design and plant supervision of dragline stripping mining technology in China.
