预处理对煤液化反应性的影响研究

【摘要】 论文对不同变质程度煤液化反应性以及煤质(灰分、挥发分、H/C原子比)对液化反应性的影响进行了对比研究。通过控制原料煤水分,研究了煤的初始水分含量对其液化反应性的影响;选择了代表性的褐煤和长焰煤进行水热预处理,研究了水热预处理对煤的液化反应性的影响;以四氢呋喃及异丙醇为溶剂对煤进行溶胀预处理,研究了溶剂、溶胀时间、溶胀温度对煤液化反应性的影响;对液化过程的压力变化特征进行分析研究,明确不同预处理方法的效应。论文还对液化反应过程中初始水分作用机理、水热处理作用机理和有机溶剂溶胀处理作用机理进行了分析探讨。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the laws of liquefaction reaction of different metamorphic rank coal were studied in comparison, and the effect of the coal rank, ash, volatile matter and H/C atomic ratio on liquefaction reaction were investigated. The effects of the initial water content of coal on liquefaction reactivity were studied by controlling the coal initial water content. The brown coal and long flame coal were selected, which have representability and operability, and hydrothermal pretreatment on liquefaction reactivity were studied. Also, the swelling pretreatments of coal in THF and IPA on liquefaction reactivity were studied, and the effects of solvent, swelling time and swelling temperature were investigated respectively. The changing laws of pressure in the process of coal liquefaction reaction were analyzed, and the characteristics of different pretreatment effects on coal liquefaction reaction were confirmed. The mechanism of initial water content, hydrothermal pretreatment and organic solvent swelling pretreatment in the liquefaction processes was also analyzed and discussed.
