北京市生态承载力与可持续发展研究

【摘要】 本文以生态承载力和可持续发展理论为基础,在对北京市历史自然背景和社会现状分析的基础上,采用综合分级评价模型,对北京市2001-2008年生态承载力状况进行了评价研究,在对传统生态承载力理论研究的基础上,解释了生态承载力的内涵:生态弹性力、承载媒体的支撑力和承载对象的压力。研究赋予了生态承载力三个子项新的意义,基于该内涵,构建了北京市生态承载力评价的指标体系,利用综合评价模型,对北京市生态承载力状况作出了评价。在生态承载力理论的基础上,构建了可持续发展的指标体系,并绘制了区域的可持续发展图谱,进而利用线性回归给出区域可持续发展的评判标准,从支持层和压力层的发展变化对北京市可持续发展状况进行了分析,并为北京市可持续发展提供对策和管理建议。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we backgrounded the history, natural, eco-environmental and social economic station of Beijing region. Based on the theories of ecological carrying capacity (ECC) and sustainable development (SD), the sustainable development trend of ECC during 2001 to 2008 in Beijing region was studied by comprehensive classification assessment method. We defined new contents of ECC base on the traditional ECC theory, it contains three sections:ecosystem resilience, anchorage force of carrying media and pressure of carrying object. In the paper, the index system on ECC in Beijing city was constructed according to the new definition, and the sustainable development trend of regional ECC was evaluated with the comprehensive assessment model. Furthermore, we also set up the index system on sustainable development of Beijing city and draw the map of regional sustainable development. Finally, an assessment criterion of regional sustainable development was built by linear regression, and analyzed the situation of Beijing city in studying time internal through the change of supporting layer and pressure layer, and then provided a series of rational measurement and proposal.
