急倾斜水平分层开采巷道锚网支护工程研究与应用

【摘要】 急倾斜煤层因地质条件特殊,其巷道锚网支护技术与工程历来都是矿井支护工程中的难点。本文在充分研究煤矿锚杆支护理论和技术的基础上,以大台煤矿急倾斜煤层开采巷道支护工程为研究背景,首先对不同深度岩石进行了实验室研究,揭示了岩石的宏观与微观力学特征;其次,采用现场实测、实验室试验和理论分析,揭示了急倾斜煤层水平分层开采半煤岩巷道变形破坏规律与演化过程;随后,基于急倾斜煤层不同开采水平围岩的矿压显现规律,开展了半煤岩锚网支护参数优化,确定了合理的回采巷道支护参数;最后,应用“环式”管理模式对大台煤矿急倾斜煤层开采巷道的支护工程进行了实施,提高了矿山支护工程的效果。本论文研究成果不仅在大台煤矿现场支护工程中得到可靠的验证,也为同类矿山支护工程实施与管理提供了科学依据。

【Abstract】 Due to the special geological conditions, the anchor net support of steep roadway always is a difficulty on mine support. In this thesis on the basis of the all kinds of bolting theory, taking the support engineering with mining roadway of steeply inclined coal seam in Datai mine as the typical research object. Base on the analysis of the various mechanical properties at both micro and macro scale under different levels and the studying of coal tectonic stress field. We adopted quaternity research ways of site observation, laboratory experiment, theoretical analysis and engineering verification test to study the surrounding rock failure and support law of coal-rock roadway, we also analyzed the law of strata-pressure behavior in coal-rock roadway under the different levels and optimized different anchor supporting method, and finally fixed rational parameter of arch net support. Finally, the ring type management has been used to manage the process of support engineering. The paper research results obtains better supporting effect in Datai coal, for similar project implementation and management support mining providing scientific basis.
