煤矿井下自燃火源定位技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 松散煤体蓄散热环境、漏风动力与强度及松散煤体内氧气分布的共同作用,在巷道变形与起伏带、巷道交叉应力集中区等地点煤柱和采空区内部出现高温,继而引起自燃;因早期高温点的隐蔽性,难以实现早期预警。本文分析了水份、孔隙率等关键因素对煤自燃温度场的影响,依据煤氧复合理论,基于达西定律、菲克定律、能量守恒方程和连续性方程,确定了松散煤体气体渗流连续方程,氧气浓度场模型和温度场模型,建立了煤柱与采空区自燃高温区域判定模型,给出满足自燃发生的充要条件;利用计算流体力学软件,模拟研究了煤柱和采空区自燃内部温度在外部风速、壁温等理化参数作用下的位移规律;研制了钻孔温度探杆和利用红外热像仪,并测量钻孔内温度及温度梯度,研究如何利用钻孔温度探杆和红外热像仪行火源定位;利用束管监测系统对1226采空区气体成分进行了测定分析和通过对1019工作面现场布置温度传感器,研究了开采过程采空区内温度变化规律和工作面停采线附近采空区温度变化规律;最后,总结了指标气体、温度场与巷道相关物理参数的关联性;其研究成果对定位采空区和煤柱自燃隐蔽火源、控制灾变发展具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Suffering from the synergy of heat storage and dissipation environment, the power and intensity of air leakage, and the oxygen distribution of the loose coal, there is hyperthermia of coal block in roadway deformation bands, up-and-down bands and area of crossing stress concentration. And then spontaneous combustion happens. It’s hard to realize early warning due to concealment of early hyperthermia. This paper analyses affect of critical factors, including moisture, porosity etc, on spontaneous combustion temperature field,confirms loose coal gas percolation continuity equation, oxygen concentration field and temperature field model based on Darcy’s law,Fick law, energy conservation equation and continuity equation, establishes coal block and goaf spontaneous combustion hyperthermia determination model and gives spontaneous combustion necessary and sufficient conditions based on coal oxidation theory. It simulates displacement rule of coal block and goaf spontaneous combustion internal temperature under the affect of external air velocity,wall temperature and other physical and chemical parameters with computational fluid dynamics (CFD), develops drilling temperature probing rods,measure the temperature and gradient in drill with drilling temperature probing rods and infrared thermal imager, determines and analyzes gas composition in 1226 goaf with bundle tube monitoring system. And research on the way to locate fire with them and goaf temperature change regularity during mining and in the nearby stopping line of working face with temperature sensor in 1019 working face. At last, it summarizes relevance among index gases, temperature field and related roadway physical parameters which has great significance on hidden fire location in goaf and coal block and catastrophe development control.
