基于物理场模型的矿井火灾动态仿真技术研究

【摘要】 本文以分析火灾燃烧特性与火灾时期风流紊乱的原因为基础,并通过建立矿井典型场景火灾燃烧数学及物理模型,利用数值模拟技术得出了矿井典型场景的火灾烟气蔓延规律,同时结合矿井火灾网络模拟技术,进一步定性和定量研究了矿井外因火灾定位技术和避灾路线选择技术,并针对湘潭谭家山立胜煤矿火灾事故,利用自行开发的可视化软件确定了火源位置,输出了火灾烟气蔓延过程和人员最佳避灾路线。在矿井多元拓扑数据基础上,构建了煤矿典型灾害场景模型,提出了矿井巷道系统的快速建模方法;最后,综合数值模拟结果和煤矿场景模型,详细的研究了物理场作用下火灾及烟气仿真技术,实现了CFD模拟与虚拟现实软件耦合的关键技术,构建了矿井火灾虚拟现实软件,并进行了实例化应用。论文研究成果为矿井火灾防治、事故应急救灾、事故调查、矿井人员安全教育及培训等提供一种新的技术手段。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the study about combustion characteristics of mine fire and the reason of flow disorder within fire period. Through establishment of math and physic model of classic fire spectacle, the rule of smoke spreading is found by the numerical simulation technology. Moreover, the mine fire network simulation technology is made use to study the technology which contains external fire source location and selection of escape route. Setting the fire accident of coal mine named LiSheng in TanJiaShan as the research target, visual software which is developed by author is used to locate the fire position, export the process of spreading of smoke and the optimum escape route of staff. Based on multivariate topology date, the model of classic coal mine accident spectacle is not only constructed but also the method of quick modeling is presented. Finally, combine with the record of numerical simulation and spectacle model, the virtual reality technology for fire and smoke under affection of physical zone is studied in detail, additionally, the key technology of coupling between CFD simulation and virtual reality software is achieved and example application is tested by the self-constructed virtual reality software. The research fruits can provide a new kind technology for mine fire prevention and management, accident investigation and rescue and mine staff safety education or training.
