【摘要】 本文根据资源经济学、技术经济学、矿产资源经济评价、环境经济学、外部成本内部化理论和系统动力学的理论与方法,对我国煤炭资源有效供给能力进行了深入研究。论文总结了我国煤炭资源的分布规律、自身特征、运输状况、环境容量状况和存在的问题；对区域生态环境特征、运输条件、赋存状况、开采条件等对煤炭资源有效供给能力的影响因素进行了分析；以勘探区(井田)为评价单元,讨论了煤炭资源有效供给能力评价相关变量的影响因素及变量之间的反馈控制关系,基于煤炭资源开发完全成本,建立了煤炭资源有效供给能力评价的系统动力模型,并结合第三次全国煤田预测研究报告,对我国煤炭资源有效供给能力进行了具体化和实证分析,通过有效供给能力随价格改变而变化的仿真和分析,并验证了模型的可行性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theories and methods of resources economic, environmental economic, technical economic, mineral resources appraising, economic appraising of mineral resources, external costs internalization and system dynamic, the effective supply capacity and selecting of industry investment characteristic, conditions of development and existing issues are summarized; The factors to influence effective supply capability of coal resources in China are analyzed from the field of environmental characteristic, transport condition and developing conditions; Exploration field(coal mine field)being regard as appraising unit, the factors influencing the related variables,which are used in apprasing of the effective supply capability, are discussed, and the SD model to appraise the effective supply capability are built. Combination of coal Prediction of the Third National Report, the SD model analysis the effective supply capacity of coal resources in China concretly and empirically, Through the effective supply capacity changes with the price changes in simulation and analysis, the model is prove to be effectiveness、verify and feasibility.更多还原
