中深孔掏槽爆破与矸石块度控制模拟试验研究

【摘要】 本文采用理论分析、数值计算和现场试验相结合的方法,对切缝药包在掏槽爆破中的应用以及爆破块度控制进行了研究。运用双炮孔切缝药包爆破模拟结果,对矩形和三角形切缝药包掏槽爆破进行了模拟研究,分析了应力波在炮孔间的传播规律;采用三种空气间隔装药结构,详细讨论了正向、反向和两端起爆时,应力波沿炮孔的传播、叠加规律,研究发现,增大下段装药量,采用反向起爆时,炮孔内部平均压力较大,压力场分布均匀;进行了掏槽爆破和轴向间隔装药爆破现场试验,对数值计算结果进行了检验,现场试验结果表明,切缝药包掏槽爆破可以显著提高炮眼利用率,炮眼平均利用率达到93%以上;采用优化后的空气间隔装药爆破,有效改善了爆破块度。

【Abstract】 The research of cut blasting with slotted charge and fragment control were carried out, in which theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test combined methods were adopted. Slotted charge cut blasting of both rectanglar and trianglar borehole distribution were simulated according 2-borehole blasting results. The propagation law of stress wave between boreholes was analyzed. Three types of air-deck charge structures and different initiation methods were considered. The simulation results manifested that well-proportioned and bigger average pressure could be achieved, with increased charge quality at top and bottom initiation. At last, the simulation results were validated by cut blasting and air-deck charge field tests. Field tests showed that the utilization rate of borehole was increased significently, and the average utilization rate of borehole reached to 93%. The blasting fragment was improved effectively with the optimized air-deck charge structure.
