土地资源信息语义服务发现与服务链研究

【摘要】 随着土地资源信息化建设的不断深入,基于Web Service技术实现土地资源数据共享与各种业务处理集成已经被广泛采纳。然而,现有的土地资源信息服务功能较单一,无法直接满足复杂的土地业务处理需求,需要将功能简单的服务进行组合,构建出面向用户需求的综合应用服务。近年来,Web服务技术、语义Web理论以及服务组合技术的日趋成熟,为解决地理空间信息服务共享与服务链集成提供了有效的手段。本文将语义Web服务发现与组合技术、空间信息服务和土地信息管理方法与技术三者相结合,基于开放地理空间联盟(OGC)制定的空间信息Web服务框架,提出面向服务组合的土地资源信息服务链集成模型,为已有的土地资源信息服务以及服务间的关联规则建立语义逻辑描述,设计基于智能规划的土地资源信息服务组合方案,最后实现集土地资源信息服务发现、组合与执行的土地资源语义服务集成平台。具体研究内容如下:(1)研究土地管理信息服务语义标注与语义服务模型,建立土地管理业务关联规则的逻辑描述,提出面向服务组合的、综合关联规则与语义服务的土地资源信息服务链集成模型。(2)分析我国省市县土地资源管理机制,构建省、市、县多级分布式服务目录共享框架,并基于ebRIM数据注册模型和Web服务目录规范,实现分布式的土地资源信息注册与语义检索。(3)分析土地资源时空演变过程,从土地资源信息在时空过程库、现实库、历史库之间的移动和变换视角出发,将土地资源管理业务过程对应的服务组合问题转化为服务组合智能规划问题,并进行土地资源服务组合规划领域和规划问题的定义,设计基于智能规划的土地信息服务组合方案。(4)在土地资源服务链集成模型、分布式土地信息服务目录管理机制、土地资源服务组合智能规划方法等研究的基础上,构建了土地资源服务目录与服务链集成试验系统。研究表明,本文提出的基于智能规划的土地资源信息服务链集成模型,能充分利用现有的空间信息服务和服务组合技术,实现异质异构数据与服务的语义集成和共享,以及服务链的自动组合与动态执行。采用分布式服务元数据收割与语义检索的省市县多级元数据目录中心,能够实现各级土地资源数据与信息服务的充分共享及服务发现。本研究实现的省市县三级土地资源服务目录与服务组合试验系统,一定程度上实现了服务的自动组合与执行,达到了预期目标。本文提出的服务组合方法,丰富了GIS服务链的集成方法,为GIS服务链实现提供了一种新途径。

【Abstract】 With the further development of land resource informationization, the sharing of land resource and the intergration of various processing functionality have been widely adopted based on the Web Service technology. However the complexity of business processing tasks necessitates the combination of basic atom Web Services to user-oriented and application-specific service compositions. Recently the maturity of Web Services, proposal of semantic Web and the service composition serves as an effective way to share geospatial information service and to integrate the service chain.This dissertation, on the basis of OGC Web Service Framework, aims to propose a service composition oriented service chain model for land resource by combining the theories and methods of semantic Web Service discovery to composition, geospatial information service and land information management. Therefore, semantic descriptions of land information service and association rules between services can be established. A solution to composite land resource information service based on intelligent planning can be designed. Finally, a prototype platform for discovery, composition and execution of land resource information semantic services can be realized. The main research work are as follows:1. Semantic annotation and semantic web service model for land information service are discussed; and association rules of land management business are described based on logic description language. A service composition oriented service chain model, which is geared to integrated association rules and semantic web service, is proposed.2. Based on the analysis of vertical management mechanism of land resources in China, a distributed service metadata repository involving three levels, that is, province-city-county is established. Registration and retrieval of shared land resource data and service are implemented according to the ebXML Registry Information Model (ebRIM) and Catalogue Service Specification (CSW).3. Spatiotemporal evolution of land resource is analyzed. From the perspective of land resource change among the spatio-temporal process database, the present database and the past database, the service composition problems corresponding to business process of land resource management is translated to intelligent plan problem of service composition. Plan domain and problem for land service composition are defined. A solution to composite land resource information service based on intelligent plan is designed.4. On the basis of these theories and methods, a prototype platform for service catalogue and service chain integration of land resource information services is established.The result shows that the service chain integration model of land resource information based on intelligent plan can take full advantage of geospatial information service and service composition method, and can achieve semantic integration and heterogeneous data and services share. Service publication, periodic harvest of remote metadata and distributed search are implemented by the multi-level catalogue service, which can realize fully share and discovery of data and service of land resource owned by different level administrative department. A prototype platform of land resource service catalogue and service composition is established. Automatic service composition and dynamic execution was achieved to some extent. Service composition method proposed in this paper enriches the means of GIS service chain integration and provides a new approach to the realization of GIS service chain.
