设置功能层的沥青路面结构与材料研究

【摘要】 随着我国高速公路的迅猛发展,沥青路面作为一种主要的路面结构形式得到了广泛的应用。但高速公路沥青路面在取得量的飞跃的同时,在质的问题上还存在着很大的隐患,我国沥青路面普遍存在耐久性不足和早期破坏严重等问题,其社会影响大,浪费严重,成为目前困扰我国交通建设发展的难点和热点问题。沥青路面结构有多种形式,我国经过多年的应用实践,选择了半刚性基层结构形式,这是一种基于国情的选择。面对日趋严重的早期破坏的发生,解决半刚性基层沥青路面结构早期损坏问题,提高沥青路面的长期使用性能成为现阶段的一个主要任务。因此,优化沥青路面的结构组成,是解决半刚性基层沥青路面早期损坏的关键。针对我国半刚性基层沥青路面结构早期损坏现象,本文在对路面病害现场调查和分析的基础上,对早期损坏机理进行了研究。通过研究认为,从沥青路面结构组合设计入手解决半刚性基层沥青路面结构的早期损坏问题是一条根本途径。在总结我国现有沥青路面结构使用经验教训,并充分借鉴国外沥青路面设计与使用经验的基础上,提出了在面层和半刚性基层之间设置沥青稳定碎石联结层和排水功能层的设计思路,以改善沥青路面使用性能。基于断裂力学理论,对半刚性基层沥青路面和设置功能层的沥青路面结构的疲劳寿命进行了预估,结果表明设置功能层结构的沥青路面结构抗裂性能远远大于半刚性基层沥青路面结构。基于弹性层状体系理论,对两种结构的抗车辙性能进行了分析,结果表明具有功能层的路面结构具有较好的抗车辙性能。在国内外沥青稳定碎石研究的基础上,给出了功能层混合料矿料级配组成的设计和评价方法及功能层混合料配合比设计方法。对设置功能层的沥青路面结构形式进行了试验验证,结果证明提出的沥青路面结构形式具有良好的使用性能。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of China highway, asphalt pavement as a major form of pavement structure has been widely used. Although highway asphalt pavement in number is growing rapidly in recent years, the quality still has a lot of problems. The universal existence problems like durability and early damage, caused adverse social influence and serious waste, and became difficulty and hot issues during the development of traffic construction.Asphalt pavement structure has a variety of forms. After many years of practical application in our country, we chose semi-rigid base structure form, and this choice is based on the national situation. Facing the increasingly serious asphalt pavement early damage, to solve semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure early damage problem and to improve the long-term using performance of asphalt pavement are becoming major task now. In order to solve the early damage of semi-rigid asphalt pavement, optimizing the asphalt pavement structure is the key point.Aiming at the phenomenon in our country that semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure early damaged seriously, through investigated and analyzed highway semi-rigid base asphalt pavement diseases, this paper studied on mechanism of asphalt pavement structure early damage. Through the research, we found it’s a fundamental way to resolve semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure early damage problem from the asphalt pavement structure design. Based on summarizing the existing use experiences and lessons and fully learning foreign asphalt pavement design and use experiences, we proposed a kind of design idea that set asphalt treated base and asphalt treated permeable base between asphalt concrete and semi-rigid base to improve asphalt pavement using performance. Based on the theory of fracture mechanics, this paper also estimate the fatigue life of the semi-rigid asphalt pavement and the pavement with function layer, which shows that the latter has a better anti-fatigue performance.Based on the elastic layered system theory, the anti-rutting performance of two structures were analyzed, results showed that t the pavement with function layer has good resistance to rutting performance. Besides, based on the research at home and abroad, we proposed design and evaluation method of asphalt treated base aggregate gradation and mixture design method of asphalt treated mixture.At last, we used this pavement structure in test road. It is proved in test road that asphalt pavement structure setting asphalt treated base has good using performance.
