高铁客运站站区空间形态研究

【摘要】 高速铁路作为目前国际上蓬勃发展的交通系统,以高效率、低能耗、大运量的特点决定了其将在未来交通运输部门中起到重要的作用。高速铁路客运站区作为面向低碳城市的一种城市空间形态,对城市空间结构的引导作用将会越来越重要。论文从高速铁路与城市空间形态的关系入手,通过对高铁客运站区布局原则与土地利用的探讨,逐步深入到高铁客运站区空间形态组成要素以及站区空间形态分类方法的研究中去。根据实际情况,选取了若干典型的城市、站区来进行分析与阐释,从经济、人口、城市层级等诸多层面对站区类型做出了划分。论文着眼于未来城市的发展情况,对我国已有或潜在的高速铁路设站城市进行了不同站区类型的归类。全文分为八个部分。首章是绪论,即论文的导论部分。在背景论中探讨了高速铁路作为绿色交通系统对于其他交通方式所处的优势地位以及高铁客运站区对周边地区发展的影响,对相关概念加以限定与简释,便于下文的进一步阐述。然后从理论与实践出发提出了课题的研究意义。最后,在明确了课题相关研究方法与研究重点的基础上,对论文总框架进行了描述。第二章对国内外关于高铁客运站区的相关研究成果以及城市空间形态的研究理论进行了回顾与总结,为下文的理论探索进行文献方面的贮备。第三章首先分析了高速铁路对城市空间的带动作用,对高速铁路客运站同时存在的“节点”与“场所”作用即交通功能与城市功能做了阐述,继而分析了高速铁路与城市存在的“轴”“点”关系。其次对高速铁路客运站的布局原则进行了分析,并总结了布局的相关方法与决策技术。随后对由于高铁客运站布局的位置变化而引起的周边城市空间反应进行了分类。最后分析了城市土地利用与高速铁路客运站之间的互动关系,对高铁客运站区的土地集约化利用从工程技术上、开发方式上以及信息技术条件下的合理利用等方面进行了总结。第四章对高铁客运站区的人流特征进行了分析,并主要对高铁客运站区空间形态的实体要素进行了分类与描述,包括地面公共空间、站区建筑以及地下空间等三部分,这些组成要素之间相互影响、相互促进,结合不同城市的实际发展情况,最终共同构成了高铁客运站区的城市空间形态。第五章通过对高铁客运站区空间形态的形成机理分析,对高铁客运站区空间形态的演变趋势进行了总结。然后根据实际情况,对我国城市未来可能形成的高速铁路客运站区进行了分类,提出一类站区空间形态、二类站区空间形态以及三类站区空间形态的划分方法,并对可能形成各类站区的典型城市进行了分析。第六章从站区空间形态的适应性、弹性成长、生态性以及经济性等四方面来探讨合理的站区空间形态发展方式,为高铁客运站区未来的发展提出了方向。第七章以京沪高速铁路为例,通过分析沿线设站的20座城市,从行政等级、辖区人口、经济状况等诸多方面对这些城市可能在未来形成的站区规模进行了预测。并对北京南站、天津西站以及上海虹桥综合交通枢纽等三处典型车站进行了分析与预测。最后在附录章,探讨了在高速铁路引导下的城市公共交通系统对整个城市向低碳化转变存在的作用,并分析了在高速铁路客运站影响下,车站周边区域城市紧凑度的增加,形成城市的网络化发展,完成由单中心城市向多中心城市转变,并逐步由网络城市向城市网络迈进的可能性。

【Abstract】 High-speed railway as the current booming international transport system, having high efficiency, low energy consumption, and mass characteristics of the decision of its important role on transport sector in future . High-speed railway passenger station as an urban spatial structure of the low-carbon urban areas will become increasingly important. Papers start from the relationship of high-speed railway and urban spatial form, discussing high-speed railway passenger terminal area principle and land use, and gradually going deeper into the high-speed railway passenger terminal area space form of the constituent elements, as well as the research for dividing method of space-station area. Papers based on the actual situation, select a number of cities, station areas for example to carry out analysis and interpretation, from the economy, population, urban hierarchy, and many other aspects of the station-types making a division. Papers focus on the future development of the city in China, classifying different types of stations in high-speed rail existing or hiding in our country.Full-text is divided into eight parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which is introduction to part of the paper. In the background theory, discussing high-speed rail as a green transport system having advantages for other modes of transport, as well as the impact of the surroundings of high-speed rail passenger terminal area, qualifying and explaining the related concepts to facilitate further elaborated below. Then starting from the theoretical and practical significance, proposes research projects. Finally, clear methods and issues related to research priorities, based on the general framework of the thesis are described.Chapter II reviews and summaries the research of high-speed rail terminal at home and abroad, and urban spatial form of the theory, preparing for theoretical exploration of a literature.Chapter III begins with analysis of leading role of high-speed railway in urban space, describes for a "node" and "place" role in high-speed rail that is transport function and city function, and then analyzes high-speed railway and the relationship of city " axis "" point ". Secondly, the layout principles of high-speed railway passenger station and the relevant methods as well as decision-making techniques were analyzed and summarized. Again, because of the changes caused by location of high-speed rail terminal in the surrounding urban space are classified. Finally, analyzes the relationship between urban land-use and high-speed rail terminal interaction, summaries terminal areas intensive land use from engineering technology, development way and information technology rational use of such areas.Chapter IV analyzes the high-speed rail passenger terminal area flow characteristics ,mainly classifies and describes for physical elements in high-speed rail passenger terminal area space form, including urban public spaces, buildings and underground space station complex part, these elements interaction between the elements, mutual promotion, according to the actual development of different cities and eventually together constitute a high-speed rail terminal areas of urban spatial morphology.Chapter V analyzes high-speed rail passenger terminal area through the formation mechanism of spatial pattern and summaries the evolution of trends in high-speed rail passenger terminal area space shape. Then according to the actual situation on China’s urban future, classifies the possible formation of high-speed railway station area , sets classify method of space-station pattern for first-class station, second-class station area as well as third-class types of station and analyzes possibly forming typical city in station area .Chapter VI from the station complex space form of adaptive, flexible growth, ecological and economic nature of the four areas, explores rational approach to development station complex space form, sets a direction for high-speed rail passenger terminal area in the future development.Chapter VII, takes the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway for example, through the station along the analysis of the 20 cities, from an administrative level, area population, economic conditions and many other aspects of the formation of these cities may in the future scale of the station area were predicted. Paper also analyzes and predicts Beijing South Railway Station, Tianjin West Railway Station and Shanghai Hongqiao Comprehensive Transportation Hub and other three stations.Finally, in Appendix chapter discusses the possibility of the entire city changing low-carbon city in high-speed railway under the guidance of the urban public transport system and analyzes by high-speed railway passenger station under the guidance of the station around the compact , the number of regional cities increasing to form that the development of the city’s network completes from a single center city to a multi-central city, and gradually form a change for a network city to city network.
