基于公共文化空间视角的上海市博物馆旅游发展研究

【摘要】 博物馆旅游是城市旅游发展的重要组成部分,从全球范围来看,以欧美国家为代表,已经形成众多闻名于世的博物馆旅游品牌。我国的博物馆旅游发展正处于一个重要的转型时期,目前的突出问题是如何激活博物馆的旅游价值,并形成旅游产品的核心吸引力,从而实现博物馆在旅游产业发展体系中的重要作用。上海市博物馆的发展规模与建设水平处于国内领先地位,迄今为止,已经形成综合类、历史类、艺术类、科学类、人物类、行业类、高校类等丰富的博物馆资源类型,博物馆旅游开发在全国范围内也具有一定的示范效应。本文以公共文化空间作为研究视角,结合上海市博物馆旅游发展现状与存在问题,对上海市博物馆旅游产品开发、博物馆旅游文化产业发展和博物馆旅游公共管理机制等内容进行了探讨与研究。本文第一章考查了国内外博物馆旅游的研究成果和典型案例。以相关文献为基础,本文首先探讨了国外博物馆旅游的研究概况,并从博物馆旅游功能定位、旅游产品开发、旅游产业发展等方面对其学术成果进行了综述;其次,本文从发端、深入和细分三个阶段探讨了国内博物馆旅游研究的基本情况。此外,本文还分析了国内外博物馆旅游开发的典型案例,从中总结出博物馆旅游的发展经验和存在问题,并以此作为本文研究的现实基础。本文第二章主要探讨了博物馆公共文化空间的旅游属性。首先,对研究的基本视角——公共文化空间的概念、类型与特征进行了分析,并进一步阐释了博物馆公共文化空间的内涵与特点;其次,主要从两个方面分析了博物馆公共文化空间的旅游属性,一方面,博物馆作为公共文化空间,其旅游产品具有公共产品的特点,另一方面,博物馆公共文化空间形成了以文化展示为核心的旅游功能,体现出巨大的旅游开发价值。本文第三章综合分析了上海市博物馆旅游发展的现状与问题。本文选取上海市博物馆作为实证研究对象,分析内容主要包括四个方面:一是上海市博物馆旅游发展总体情况与旅游产品开发现状;二是上海市博物馆旅游发展存在的突出问题;三是上海市博物馆旅游市场调查分析;四是上海市博物馆旅游发展所面临的重要战略机遇。本文第四章研究了上海市博物馆旅游产品的开发模式。基于公共文化空间的视角,本文从产品结构、核心功能、空间分布和开发策略四个方面探讨了上海市博物馆旅游产品的开发模式。本文首先分析了博物馆公共文化空间的旅游产品化路径,包括博物馆旅游文化空间的演化与旅游产品结构的形成。此外,在博物馆旅游产品核心功能开发与优化的研究基础上,本文还从博物馆旅游空间分布特征入手,提出上海市博物馆旅游产品开发的不同类型。本文第五章探讨了上海市博物馆旅游文化产业的发展模式。首先,分析了博物馆公共文化空间的文化产业性质,针对上海市博物馆产业化发展的现实性与必要性,形成了上海市博物馆旅游文化产业的发展思路;其次,本文的重点内容是构建了上海市博物馆旅游文化产业的发展框架,主要包括产业发展的核心内容、延伸市场、外部动力机制和产业关联等,同时,还提出了上海市博物馆旅游文化产业发展的若干战略性建议。本文第六章研究了博物馆旅游公共管理机制的构建。基于博物馆公共文化空间的旅游属性,本文以公共管理的相关理论为基础,分析了博物馆旅游公共管理机制的形成原因与主要特点,并构建了一个由政府、企业、社会组织、公众和博物馆等多个主体共同参与的管理组织基本框架。此外,本文还分别从博物馆自身管理、政府规制、企业合作经营、社会公众参与等不同层面提出了博物馆旅游公共管理的发展策略。综合以上分析,本文以都市旅游环境为研究背景,综合考察了上海市博物馆旅游发展的现实情况,并以博物馆公共文化空间的旅游属性作为研究基础,探讨了上海市博物馆旅游的发展模式与开发策略。在研究思路上,本文以公共文化空间作为研究视角,以博物馆的公共性特征作为主要线索,分别从产品开发、产业发展和旅游公共管理三个方面形成了对上海市博物馆旅游发展的综合研究,并以此为基础探讨了博物馆旅游发展的重要意义。

【Abstract】 Museum tourism is an important part of urban tourism, from a global perspective, European and American countries have already formed a number of world-famous museum tourism brands. However, museum tourism in China is at an important tran-sition, the current notable problems are how to activate the value and form the core attraction of tourism products, in order to act the important role of museums in the tourism industries.The development scale and the construction level of Shanghai’s museum is in the leading position nationwide, so far, Shanghai’s museum has formed rich museum re-sources types, including comprehensive museum, history museum, art museum, sci-ence museum, character museum, industry museum, and university museume. Shanghai’s museum tourism development also has a demonstration effect across the country. This paper will take public cultural space as a research perspective, combin-ing with the status and problems of Shanghai’s museum tourism development, discuss and study tourism product development, tourism culture industry development and tourism public management mechanism of Shanghai’s museum.The chapter I examines the research results and typical cases of museum tourism at home and abroad. According to related literatures, this paper first discusses the re-search profile of overseas museum tourism, and summarizes academic results from the aspects of museum tourism function, tourism product development and tourism industry development. Secondly, this paper have a study on domestic museum tourism research from three stages which are initiation, in-depth and segments. In addition, this article analyzes the typical cases of museum tourism development at home and abroad, then concludes the experiences and problems during the development, which is a realistic basis of this study.The chapter II mainly discusses tourist property of museum public cultural space. First, based on the research of concept, type and characteristics of public cul-tural space, this paper further explains the content and features of museum public cultural space. Second, this paper analyzes the tourist properties of museum public cultural space mainly from two aspects, on the one hand, as a public cultural space, museum tourism product has the characteristics of public goods; on the other hand, museum public cultural space formed a tourism function with cultural display, re- flected the enormous value of tourism development.The chapterⅢcomprehensively analyzed the present situation and problems of museum tourism development in Shanghai. This paper takes Shanghai’s museums as examples, the analysis are including four aspects:First, the overall situation of tour-ism development and the status of tourism product development; Second, the notable problems during the development; Third, tourism market research and analysis; Fourth, important strategic opportunities.The chapter IV studies the development mode of museum tourism products in Shanghai. Based on the perspective of public cultural space, this paper discusses the development model of tourism products from four aspects, which are product struc-ture, core functions, spatial distribution and development strategies. This paper firstly analyzes the path of tourism products of museum public cultural space, including the evolution of museum tourism culture space and the formation of tourism products structure. In addition, on the basis of study on the development and optimization of museum tourism product functions, this article puts forward the different types of museum tourism products development in Shanghai.The chapter V explores the museum tourism development model in Shanghai. First, analyses the nature of cultural industries of museum public cultural space, points out the reality and necessity of industrial development, forms the thought and direction of museum tourism culture development. Second, this paper focus on build-ing the development framework of museum tourism cultural industry in Shanghai, including the core of industrial development, extent markets, external mechanism, and industrial correlations, etc. Also, it puts forward some strategic suggestions for mu-seum tourism cultural industry development in Shanghai.The ChapterⅦresearches the framework of museum tourism public manage-ment mechanism. Basing on tourism properties of museum public cultural space, this article analyses formation reasons and main features of museum tourism public man-agement mechanism, build a basic management framework including the involvement of government, enterprises, the public, museums and other organizations. In addition, this article proposes museum tourism development strategies separately from the mu-seum’s self management, government regulation, corporate joint ventures, and public participation.In conclusion, this paper takes urban tourism as research background, compre- hensive survey the reality of museum tourism development in Shanghai, and takes the tourist properties of museum public cultural space as research-bases, discusses the development model and development strategies of museum tourism of Shanghai. Also, this paper takes public cultural space as a research perspective, characteristics of the public property as main clues,formed comprehensive study of Shanghai’s museum tourism development, respectively from product development, industrial development and tourism public management, and explores the importance of museum tourism de-velopment.
