【摘要】 我国正在加速现代化建设的步伐,城市化随着工业化而扩展和提速。快速城市化过程出现了许多需要关注的重要问题和现象,如何使城市和谐健康发展,使城市中人们的生活更加美好,是一个急待解决的现实课题,值得研究和探讨,它具有重要的现实意义。论文运用马克思主义历史的辩证的思维方法和生态学整体的、系统的观点,通过追溯古代城市的产生过程和中世纪城市的特点,从工业革命中崛起的大城市和全球过程中的大城市的进程来历史地看待和分析现代城市的问题；针对我国城市目前普遍存在的空间布局畸形、环境污染生态失衡、城市社会等问题展开了讨论,分析了问题产生的原因。在此基础上,提出以城市生命体的视角探讨城市和谐建设。通过梳理城市生命体相关的理论,阐述了城市生命体的内涵和特征以及城市生命体的要素和功能。认为城市生命体是一个完整的整体,包括城市的环境、经济、政治、文化、社会要素,具有整体、健康、宜人、活力、和谐五个特征以及吸收引进、协调整合、转化更新、交流展示、休闲娱乐五项基本功能。城市生命体的特征也是城市建设的目标。从而在整体上把握城市生命体的内涵,为城市建设提供新的理论视角和方法。在城市生命体的视角中,对关乎城市和谐的五种关系,即对城市中人与自然、人与人、政府与社会、建设与生活、历史文化与现代化这五种关系进行分析研究,并进一步围绕五种和谐关系提出具体的设想。论文还运用了政治学、经济学、伦理学、心理学、美学、生物学、色彩学、城市规划学、环境监测等社会科学和自然科学的理论知识,结合近些年来西方国家以及我国部分城市的成功实践,进行实证分析和理论探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our country is quickening the pace of modernization construction; urbanization is raising speed along with industrialization, too. With the rapid urbanization process, a lot of important problems and phenomenon emerged. How to let city get better and let people live better, this is a very real problem which needs to be solved immediately. It worth studying and discussing and has the important practical significance.Using the Marxist historical dialectical thinking method and ecological integrant systemic perspective, through the back of the ancient city and medieval city, and from the rise process of cities in industrial revolution and advancement process of metropolis in globalization, this paper views and analysis modern city questions historically; this paper also discusses space layout deformity, environmental pollution, ecological unbalance, urban social problems which are prevalent in our cities currently, and analyze the causes of these problem. On this basis, this paper holds forth a new idea that we should study modern city harmonious construction in the view of urban life entity.By carding the related theories of urban life entity, this paper elaborates connotative meaning and characters, elements and functions. As a whole, the urban life entity should include environment, economic, political, cultural and social factors and has absorption, coordinate integration, communication, update, entertainment basic functions with overall, healthy, comfortable vigor and harmonious characteristics. The characteristic of urban life entity is also urban construction’s goal. From these elaborations, this paper grasps the urban life entity’s connotation in the whole, provides the new angle of view and the instruction for the urban construction.In the view of urban life entity, this paper studies relationships of man and nature, man and man, government and society, construction and living, history and modernization, which are related to urban harmony and puts forward a concrete ideas.By using politics, economics, ethics, psychology, aesthetics, biology, chromatics, urban planning, monitoring technology and other social science and natural science theory, this paper also carries on the theory discussion empirically, combined with western countries and the successful practice of some cities in China in recent years.更多还原
