【摘要】 值此瞬息万变之知识经济时代，以智慧财产(专利、商标、营业秘密等)为核心的新创企业或个人，因知识产权(智慧财产权)的独特性与固有的价值影响因素，增加其进行证券化的复杂性与困难度。台湾可参考海外近几年兴起且蓬勃发展的『智慧财产权证券化J成功经验，以为台湾推动知识产权证券化之借鉴。本文先对智慧财产权证券化作功能分析、流程分析、特殊性分析，再对智慧财产权证券化供给方(创始机构、中介机构)及需求方(投资者)，以问卷方式做意愿分析，再分析台湾实施知识产权证券化之可行性、障碍性、海外各项经验借鉴(如：鉴价、法制基础、适格资产、将来债权移转及资产移转是否真实、管理模式等等问题)；而后再对各项分析提出推行台湾智慧财产权证券化实施条件之相关建议。希冀能藉由本文之探讨，对台湾将来发展智慧财产证券化有些许帮助及帮助。若能成功推展此种新兴的金融商品，相信对台湾金融市场的效率与自由化有正面评价，亦能藉此萃取台湾智慧财产价值营销于全球，更能增加台湾在国际金融上的知名度与国际金融市场接轨。更多还原
