转型期中国共产党社会整合机制研究

【摘要】 社会整合是执政党的基本功能,社会整合机制是执政党实现社会整合目标特有的内在属性、功能和运行方式,包括内部各系统的相互关系及其相互推动、相互制约过程中的相互联系。转型期中国共产党社会整合机制是指党为了实现转型期协调、均衡、公正、合作的社会整合目标,通过构建有效的利益整合机制、制度整合机制和价值整合机制以及这三种整合机制之间的有效配合与协调,将社会分散的、多元的、异质的要素纳入到一个既定的结构性框架之内,实现社会各要素的一体化。这三种机制之间的配合、协调与动态平衡,就构成了转型期中国共产党的社会整合机制。其中,利益整合机制决定了社会整合的本质;制度整合机制代表了社会整合的规范化水平;价值整合机制制约着社会整合的方向。构建科学有效的社会整合机制是在社会转型中保持社会政治稳定和巩固党的执政地位的有力保障。对于执政党而言,社会整合机制的构建既不是一蹴而就的,更不是一劳永逸的,而是一个根据时代的需要和社会矛盾的解决不断调整的动态过程。本论文坚持马克思主义执政党建设理论和社会有机体理论,以社会转型为背景,以社会整合为主线,以时代条件的变化对执政党社会整合的挑战为切入点,以提高执政党社会整合的有效性为目标,紧紧围绕构建科学有效的转型期社会整合机制这个核心和主题,理论联系实际,注重历史考察与现实分析,试图通过对转型期中国共产党社会整合机制的基本分析框架和逻辑结构的论证,揭示中国社会转型、中国共产党的社会整合、中国共产党的自身转型三者之间的内在逻辑关联。本论文由导论和正文六章组成。导论部分主要交待研究的动机和目的、核心概念及相关说明、国内外研究文献综述及研究的基本逻辑框架。第一章主要从社会整合与政党功能、执政党社会整合的目标及执政党社会整合机制的构建三个方面对执政党社会整合机制进行理论上的分析。第二章重点对改革开放以来中国共产党进行的三次社会整合进行系统梳理和理论阐释。主要包括:改革开放之初以拨乱反正和实现党的工作重心转移为中心目标的第一次社会整合、改革开放全面推进阶段以促进人的全面发展为中心目标的第二次社会整合、十六大以来以构建社会主义和谐社会为中心目标的第三次社会整合。第三章主要从利益分化、社会结构分化、中国特色公民社会不断崛起及价值观分化四个方面分析了转型期中国共产党实现有效整合所面临的挑战和困难。第四章重点分析了转型期中国共产党的利益整合机制:各方面利益关切的统筹与中国共产党执政理念的创新。通过对转型期中国共产党利益表达和利益综合功能的不断强化与党的执政为民理念的深入分析,提出了转型期建立健全科学有效的利益协调机制的路径选择。第五章重点分析了转型期中国共产党的制度整合机制:法理型执政模式的构建与中国共产党执政方式的转变。强调要不断加强社会冲突调适机制建设和党的制度建设,坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政,构建法理型执政模式。第六章重点分析了转型期中国共产党的价值整合机制:共享价值观的确立与中国共产党意识形态功能的重塑。通过对执政党意识形态与价值整合的理论分析,提出了增强社会主义意识形态包容性的着力点和建设社会主义核心价值体系,增强社会主义意识形态的吸引力和凝聚力的正确方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social integration is the basic function of the ruling party. The social integration mechanism to achieve social integration inherent property of specific objectives, functions and operation modes of the ruling party, including the relationship between internal systems and their mutual promotion and mutual restriction process with each other. Transformation of the Chinese Communist Party is the party of social integration mechanisms in transition to achieve coordination, balance, fairness, cooperation, social integration goals, the interests of integration through building an effective mechanism for system integration mechanism and the value of integration mechanisms, and effective between the three mechanisms cooperation and coordination of social dispersed, diverse, heterogeneous elements into a structural framework established within the social integration of the elements. The cooperation between these three mechanisms, coordination and dynamic balance, to constitute the Communist Party of China in transition, the social integration mechanism. Among them, the interests of the integration mechanism to decide on the nature of social integration; system integration mechanism represents the normative level of social integration; the value of integration mechanism is restricting the direction of social integration. This paper adheres to the Marxist theory of party building and social organism theory, the background of social transformation, social integration of the main line to change the ruling party era, the challenge of social integration as a starting point to enhance the effective social integration ruling of the goals, focus on building a scientific and effective transformation of the core mechanisms of social integration and themes, theory with practice, pay attention to the reality of historical investigation and attempt to transition through the mechanism of social integration of the Chinese Communist Party’s basic analytical framework and the logical structure of argument, found China’s social transformation, social integration of the Chinese Communist Party, Chinese Communist Party’s self-transformation of the internal logic of association between the three.This paper consists of the introduction and six chapters.The introduction mainly involves some of the major explanations of the motives and objectives of the core concepts and instructions, domestic and foreign research literature review and study the basic logical framework.The first chapter of social integration and political functions, the ruling party’s goal of social integration and social integration mechanisms ruling the three aspects of the construction mechanism of the ruling party of social integration theory analysis.The second chapter focuses on the Communist Party of China since reform and opening up the social integration of the three systematic combing and theoretical explanation. Stressed the need to continuously strengthen the social conflict adjustment mechanism and the Party system, adhere to the scientific governance, democratic governance, according to law, the legal construction type power mode.Chapter VI analyzed the value of the Chinese Communist Party in transition, integration mechanisms: the establishment of shared values and ideology of the Chinese Communist Party functions remodeling. Through the integration of the ruling ideology and value theory, proposed to enhance the socialist ideology of inclusive focus and building a socialist core value system, enhancing the appeal of socialist ideology and cohesiveness of the right direction.更多还原
