普通高校整体化教学楼群优化设计策略研究

【摘要】 高校教学楼是高等教育的空间载体,高教事业的快速发展,会对占高校建筑比重最大的教学楼产生全方位、多方面的影响。当今世界的科学技术正向着整体化趋势发展,教学楼应对这种趋势做出反应。我国高校传统教学楼受到“按系设馆”、“各系独立”的“小而全”教学模式的制约,已暴露出了很多弊端。整体化教学楼群是适应新的高等教育理念下产生的教学楼模式。一般由公共教学楼、学科群教学楼、特殊教学用房组成,各功能要素按照一定的组合方式形成布局集中、紧凑的有机整体。经过十年的使用,整体化教学楼群的设计既取得了很多成绩,也存在一定的问题,主要包括:建筑尺度过大、多样性不足、使用面积系数较低、地域性较差、空间归属感及识别性不强等问题。针对现状所产生的实际问题,研究优化设计策略和方法,将其应用于设计实践,以提高设计质量。本文在总结我国高等教育发展趋势,及教学楼建设影响因素的基础之上,分析整体化教学楼群的出现背景、特征,及现状问题。对应其规划与设计的不同阶段所出现的不同问题,本文从四个方面进行研究,形成优化设计策略。解析整体化教学楼群的概念内涵,研究其组成要素、组合方式、建筑组群布局形态及建构模式、并提出布局优化策略。分析影响整体化教学楼群空间尺度的各种因素及尺度控制要素,通过调研及量化分析,提出尺度控制优化策略及适宜的量化范围。建立K值理论模型并进行量化分析和调研,提出整体化教学楼群K值优化策略及K值适宜的量化范围。分析使用者在教学楼中的行为需求与精神需求,对教学楼多义空间的使用状况调研,提出基于使用者行为需求的空间优化设计策略。

【Abstract】 The teaching building in university is space carrier of higher education, and the education concept can influence the teaching building. The great devolpment of higher education will affect teaching building. The layout mode of traditional teaching building of university is "each department each building", "separated","small and whole". This traditional mode have many abuse. The holistic teaching building is the new mode which can adapte to the new higher education trend. It is constituted by public teaching building, subject teaching building, and special teaching building. The elements follow some combination way, and form a compact unit.After 10 years using, the holistic teaching building group have maken some achivevments, but there still many questions, such as the measure of building too large, lack of diversity, the K value too low, lack of regional characteristic, lack of identity, and so on. So it’s necessary to sum up, and reseach on the optimize design strategy of the holistic teaching building group, which can improve design quality.The paper summarizes the developing trend of higher education in our country, the factors which influence campus construction, and analyze the holistic teaching building group’s characteristic, and problem. The paper analyze the internal meaning of the holistic teaching building group, and study its elements, composing way, layout configuration, and put up with the optimize strategy of layout. By analyzing the factors and controlling elements of space measure of the holistic teaching building group, the paper put forwad optimize strategy of scale control and its proper range. Studying on K value of the theory model and investigation, the paper put forwad optimize strategy of K value and its proper range. By analyzing the users’need of behavior and spirit, and investigation on the multi-meaning space, the paper put up with the optimize strategy of space, which based on users’need.
