客运专线与既有线合理分工及协调优化研究

【摘要】 客运专线与既有线合理分工及协调优化是一个复杂的运输组织优化问题。随着客运专线的修建,铁路运输通道的功能和结构不断完善,各组成线路的功能和性质将发生较大的变化,通道内部客运专线与既有线分工是否合理,对通道内各条线路通过能力的合理利用、通道内客货列车旅行速度的提高、铁路运输的旅客服务供给的改善等有着较大的影响。因此,必须详细调查并分析客运专线与既有线各构成要素的基本情况,科学合理地进行二者内部的运输组织分工及协调优化,以便充分发挥铁路运输通道整体的运输能力,适应国民经济建设的高速发展,不断提高人民的生活水平。本论文在总结分析国内外研究客运专线与既有线分工的理论和方法的基础上,结合我国客运专线的具体情况,完善客运专线与既有线合理分工的原则和方法。以系统工程思想为指导,以客运专线与既有线的合理分工为主线,研究客运专线与既有线的分工原则,并建立以运输成本、旅行速度、旅客服务供给和日常运输组织调整四者综合最优为目标函数的分工模型。论文系统研究客运专线建成并投入运营后对既有线运输组织的影响,针对分工后可能出现的问题,建立协调优化模型及算法,并与分工模型相结合建立了多层次、多目标、非线性的合理分工及协调优化组合优化问题模型。论文针对模型的特点及选用合适的算法进行求解,构建了客运专线与既有线合理分工及协调优化的相关理论体系。本文的研究内容主要包括以下几个方面:(1)首先在深入分析国内外运输组织模式的基础上,结合我国的实际分析我国既有线运输组织模式的形式及特点,剖析其在我国不同社会经济发展时期的作用和适应条件,以及既有线运输组织存在的问题;其次在总结国外高速铁路发展经验的基础上,对我国客运专线可能的运输组织模式进行分析研究,并结合其特点分析各种运输组织模式的适用条件,然后对二者的运输组织模式之间存在的异同及各自的优势进行分析,提出了我国三种客运专线各自可能的运输组织模式。(2)在充分考虑我国客运专线与既有线运输组织特点的基础上,以提高路网运能为前提,以提高铁路运输服务质量为目标,系统分析影响我国客运专线和既有线分工的影响因素,提出了适合我国国情和路情的分工原则。(3)根据客运专线和既有线旅客出行需求、客运专线和既有线分工影响因素和分工原则,利用数学抽象原理和最优化理论建立分工模型,该模型是一个以通过能力为约束,以运输成本、旅行速度、旅客服务供给和日常运输组织调整四者综合最优为目标函数的分工模型。(4)系统研究客运专线建成并投入运营后对既有线运输组织的影响,并针对分工后既有线出现的问题,建立协调优化模型,并与第4章的合理分工模型相结合建立了多层次、多目标、非线性的合理分工及协调优化组合优化问题模型,并运用成熟的蚁群算法提出了求解分工问题的Ant(1)-Ant(5)寻优策略。(5)以武广客运专线为背景,采用蚁群算法策略对武广运输通道相关区域的旅客列车开行方案进行了分工方案的求解,结果表明该算法能够求得合理的分工方案,充分验证了模型和算法的有效性和适用性。最后,总结了全文的研究工作及研究结果,提出了论文的若干创新点并提出了一些未来需要深入研究的工作。

【Abstract】 The question of reasonable division work and coordinates optimization about passenger dedicated line and existed railway is a complicated question of transportation organization optimization. With the construction of the passenger dedicated line, the function and structure of the railway transportation corridors are being perfected constantly, and the function and character of all lines will changed. So the division of work about passenger dedicated line and existed railway is reasonable or not has greater influence in those problems:the reasonable utilization of capability, the raise of freight trains speed, and the improvement of passengers’service on the transportation corridors. In order to give full play to the capacity of railway transportation corridors, and adapt to the high-speed development of national economic construction, and improve the people’s living standard constantly, we must investigate and analyze the basic situation of passenger dedicated line and existed railway in detail, must optimize the division of work and coordination of the two lines scientifically and reasonably.On summarizing and analyzing the both domestic and abroad theory and method about the division work of passenger dedicated line and existed railway, combining the concrete conditions of Chinese passenger dedicated line. Thesis perfected the principle and method of division work about passenger dedicated line and existed railway. Regarding system engineering thought as guidelines, and surrounding with the division work, thesis researched the principle and method, and set up a division work model which optimization target include transportation cost, travelling speed, passenger service, and regular transportation organization. Thesis researched the influence on the transportation organization of existed railway after passenger dedicated line put into operation, and set up a coordinate optimization model and made it combined with division work model. Then we got a comprehensive model of division work and coordinate optimization model which is multi- level, multi-target and non-linear. Thesis chose a right algorithm to solve this model, and structured a relevant theoretical system about reasonable division work and coordinative optimization of passenger dedicated line and existed railway. The research of thesis included the following several respect mainly:(1) On the basic analysis of abroad transportation organization model and combining domestic reality, thesis analyzed transportation organization model and its characteristic of existed railway. Also analyzed the function and suitable condition of passenger dedicated line, and analyzed the problem of existed railway transportation organization. Secondary, analyzed and researched the probable transportation organization model and its feature and suitable condition of passenger dedicated line. At last, researched the similarities and dissimilarities between passenger dedicated line and existed railwav. brought up three probable models of passenger dedicated line.(2) On the basic of the two lines’transportation organization characteristic, according to raise the capacity and service quality of railway net, thesis analyzed the elements which influence the division work between passenger dedicated line and existed railwav. brought up the division principles which is conformed with national and railway net conditions.(3) According to the travel request of passenger dedicated line and existed railway, combining with the division principles, utilizing mathematical abstract theorem and optimization theory, it set up a reasonable division work model which use transportation cost, travelling speed, passenger service, and regular transportation organization as subject condition.(4) Analyzed the influence on existed railway after passenger dedicated line is put into operation, and set up a coordinated optimization model of division work by aiming at this problem. At the same time, combined the coordinated optimization model with reasonable division work model, and make use of mature ant colony algorithm to bring up a new Ant(1)~Ant(5) tactic of searching better division scheme.(5) Take Wuhan Guangzhou passenger dedicated line as background, adopted ACO algorithms to calculate the division scheme of Wuhan Guangzhou railway transportation corridor. The result demonstrated that the algorithms can receive reasonable division scheme, and verified that the model and algorithms are effective and suitable for use.Finally, thesis summarized the research work and results of the full paper, and proposed several innovative points and jobs proposed needing to further investigate in the some futures of the thesis.
