基于价值网的汽车供应链协同管理研究

【摘要】 随着我国汽车消费市场的迅速扩大,外资汽车厂商扩大进入中国市场的规模,汽车市场环境更加复杂和多变,我国汽车制造业的发展面临着新的挑战。我国汽车制造业出现了生产增量不增利、库存过高,物流与管理成本居高不下,汽车制造核心技术不足等一系列的问题,极大地影响了我国汽车制造业的核心竞争力。面对国际经营一体化的挑战,我国汽车制造企业要提高利润率,实现快速稳定发展,必须研究来自全球范围的竞争和挑战,行业发展趋势等外部环境,实现汽车供应链协同与优化管理。本文对我国汽车制造业整体情况进行了数据分析,选择了价值网、复杂系统、协同学和博弈论等多个领域的理论和方法,对我国汽车供应链协同进行深入分析,构建了基于价值网的汽车供应链协同管理模型、汽车供应链的协同随机价值模型及汽车供应链协同信息资源模型,并且进行了实证研究。随着汽车供应链协同研究不断深入及其在行业中逐渐实施,我国汽车制造业的供应链结构将更加合理,价值流将向一个更加健康的方向发展。本文研究的内容主要有如下几个方面:第一部分(第一章)在对我国汽车供应链协同管理的实际状况进行分析的基础上,通过对国内外汽车供应链协同管理、价值网理论的研究和应用,针对我国汽车供应链协同管理程度不高的实际情况,提出了我国汽车供应链基于价值网的协同管理发展方向。第二部分(第二、三章)对我国汽车供应链协同进行深入分析,将复杂系统理论引入汽车供应链协同的研究中,对汽车供应链协同系统的序参量进行分析,使得汽车供应链协同管理更加有效。同时对汽车供应链的价值网模式进行分析,并研究基于价值网模式的汽车供应链协同管理,提出汽车供应链的协同优化思路,并对协同效果进行预测。第三部分(第四章)将数据包络理论引入到汽车供应链价值的研究中,提出和谐度的概念,建立汽车供应链的协同随机价值模型,将价值网理论的网状思维模式应用于我国汽车供应链的协同过程当中,建立了汽车供应链协同管理模型,然后在汽车供应链协同信息共享的需求下,建立了汽车供应链协同信息资源模型,为本文汽车供应链协同的研究奠定模型基础。第四部分(第五、六、七章)在引入价值网理论的基础上,从战略的角度探究汽车供应链协同的实施策略,主要包括协同采购策略,协同运输策略和协同仓储策略以及汽车供应链协同管理的支持保障体系。另外在研究汽车供应链协同的环境下,提出了汽车零部件供应商评价体系和评价方法以及汽车供应链协同管理绩效评价体系和评价方法,并选取典型企业进行实例分析。本文的创新点研究主要围绕着以下几个方面进行:(1)将价值网理论引入到我国汽车供应链的协同管理中。(2)研究并提出了基于和谐度的我国汽车供应链协同随机价值模型和协同信息资源模型。(3)研究分析了基于价值网的汽车供应链协同的实施策略。(4)分析构建了汽车供应链协同管理的评价体系和评价方法。

【Abstract】 As the rapid expansion of China’s automobile consumption market, foreign automobile manufacturers expand the size of the market in China, automobile market environment becomes more complex and varied, china’s automobile manufacturing is facing new challenges. China’s automobile manufacturing emerged series problems: Production incremental not increased profits, excessive inventories, logistics and management costs remain high, automobile production lack of core technology; these greatly affect the core competitiveness of china’s automobile manufacturing. Facing the challenges of international business integration, if the automobile manufacturers want to increase the profitability and achieve rapid and stable development, they must study the competition and challenges from the global, industry trends and other external environment, to achieve automotive supply chain collaboration and management optimization.The paper carries a data analysis over the overall situation of China’s automobile industry, chooses value network, complex systems, coordination theory, game theory and other fields of theory and methods, analyzes China’s automotive supply chain collaboration, builds a value-based automotive supply chain collaboration management model, automotive supply chain collaboration random value model and automobile supply chain collaborative model of information resources, then carries out an empirical study. With the study of automotive supply chain collaboration and their gradual implementation, China’s automobile manufacturing industry supply chain structure will be more reasonable; value stream will develop at a more healthy direction. The paper covers the following main aspects:The first part (includes chapter one) analyzes the actual situation of China’s automotive supply chain collaborative management of, studies and uses the domestic and international automobile supply chain collaboration management and value network theory, facing at the situation of China’s automotive supply chain for the collaborative management is not high, puts forward China’s automotive supply chain should be based on the value network of collaborative management.The second part (includes chapter two and chapter three) analyzes China’s automotive supply chain collaboration, pulls the complex systems theory into the study of the automobile industry supply chain collaborative, analyzes the order parameter of the automotive supply chain collaboration system, making automotive supply chain collaboration management more effective. At the same time, analyze the value network model of automotive supply chain, and study the value network-based automotive supply chain collaboration management proposes the optimization ideas for the automotive supply chain collaborative and forecasts the effect of Synergy.The third part (includes chapter four) introduces the data envelopment theory into the value study of automobile supply chain, proposes the concept of harmony degree builds the collaborative value of stochastic model of China’s automotive supply chain. Using the mesh mode of thinking of value network theory in automotive supply chain collaborative process, builds the automotive supply chain collaboration management model. In the automobile supply chain collaborative information sharing needs, establishes the automobile supply chain coordination information resources model, laying the foundation model for the study of automobile manufacturing supply chain collaboration.The fourth part (includes chapter five, chapter six and chapter seven) explores automobile supply chain collaborative implementation strategy from a strategic point of view, based on the introduction of value network theory. The implementation strategy includes collaborative procurement strategy, collaborative transport strategy, collaborative warehousing strategy, and the support security system of automotive supply chain supply chain. In the study of the environment of automobile supply chain collaboration, made parts supplier evaluation system and evaluation methods for automotive supply chain, and performance evaluation system and evaluation methods for automotive supply chain collaboration management as well, what’s more, the paper selects the typical enterprise case for study.The innovations of this paper are mainly the following four aspects:(1) The value network theory was introduced into collaborative management of China’s automobile manufacturing supply chain.(2) Study and put forward the random value model and information resource model of automobile industry supply chain collaboration of automotive supply chain collaboration based on harmonious degree.(3)Research and analysis the implementation strategy of automotive supply chain collaboration based on value network.(4) Analysis and build evaluation system and evaluation methods of automotive supply chain collaboration management.
