寒区隧道冻害等级划分及防治技术研究

Study on Frost Damage Grades and Its Prevention and Control Technologies in Cold Region Tunnel

【摘要】 寒区隧道冻害一直是工程界亟需解决的问题。本文在查阅国内外相关文献资料的基础上,根据典型隧道的现场实测数据,对不同类型的寒区隧道温度场分布规律进行了分析,采用室内试验的方法对寒区隧道喷射混凝土的冻融损伤劣化和冻融力学特性进行了研究,使用综合评判法对新建隧道抗冻设防等级进行了划分,引进T-S模糊故障树和事件树理论对既有隧道冻害程度等级进行了划分。针对新建隧道抗冻设防等级和既有隧道冻害程度等级,制定了相应的冻害预防措施和整治措施,并在具体工程中得到了成功应用。主要研究工作和成果如下:(1)对全多年冻土隧道、局部多年冻土隧道和非多年冻土隧道中典型隧道的实测数据进行了分析,归纳总结了不同类型隧道的温度场分布规律。(2)采用室内试验的方法,根据喷射混凝土冻融循环试验结果,对喷射混凝土的抗冻耐久性进行研究。结果表明,冻融条件下喷射混凝土的相对耐久性指数很低,抗冻耐久性比普通混凝土更差。(3)采用综合评判的方法,以最冷月平均气温、冻结深度、地下水的赋存与补给、地下水渗入隧道情况为评价指标,将新建隧道的抗冻设防等级划分为了5级。同时,引进空间插值理论中的Kriging法对隧道所处地区的气温进行了计算,便于寒区隧道抗冻设防等级的划分。(4)根据T-S模糊故障树和事件树理论,建立了隧道冻害树和隧道冻害事件树。利用事件树分析法对结果事件等级划分的规范作用,将既有隧道冻害程度划分为了5级。(5)针对新建隧道的抗冻设防等级和既有隧道的冻害程度等级,制定相应的冻害预防措施和冻害整治措施,并结合具体工程进行了应用。工程应用结果表明,隧道冻害等级划分方法可行,隧道冻害防治措施得当。

【Abstract】 Frost damage in cold region tunnels has been a outstanding issues in engineering. Based on a lot of related literature both abroad and domestic, the paper utilizes measured data of typical tunnel, analysing temperature distribution law of different types of cold region tunnels, researching the damage and failure and mechanical properties due freeing-thawing of shotcrete in cold area tunnel by using indoor test methods, dividing the frost resistance and fortified degrees of the new tunnel by comprehensive evaluation method, and partitioning the frost damage level degrees of existed tunnel by T-S fuzzy fault tree and event tree theory. In view of the frost resistance and fortified degrees of the new tunnel and the frost damage level degrees of existed tunnel, the paper lays down related freeze damage precautionary measures and regulation measures, which succeed in the application of engineering. Main research work and results are as follows:(1) By analysing measured data of typical tunnel which selected from permafrost region, local permafrost region and non-permafrost region, the paper summarizes temperature distribution law of different types of cold region tunnels.(2)In accordance with shotcrete freeing-thawing test results, the paper researches frost resistance durability of shotcrete by using indoor test methods. The results indicated that the relative durability Index of shotcrete is lower than concrete.(3) Using the average temperature of the coldest month, the freezing depth and the form of groundwater occurred and supplied and the situation of groundwater to thrust into tunnel as evaluation indexes, the paper partitions the frost resistance and fortified of the new tunnel to five degrees. Meanwhile, in order to easily divide the frost resistance and fortified degrees of cold region tunnels, the paper calculates temperature of tunnel located region by the kriging principle in spatial interpolation theory.(4) Based on T-S fuzzy fault tree and event tree theory, the paper sets up the tunnel frost damage tree and event tree. Taking advantage of standardizing action that Event Tree Analysis to results event class partition, the paper partitions the frost damage level of existed tunnel into five degrees.(5) In view of the frost resistance and fortified degrees of the new tunnel and the frost damage level degrees of existed tunnel, the paper lays down related freeze damage precautionary measures and policies and regulation measures, then applied to specific engineering. Application results shows that the division method of tunnel frost damage degree is feasible, and prevention and control measures for tunnel frost damage is expedient.112 figs,24 tabs,150 refs.
