基于工作流的某型号产品协同设计方法研究

【摘要】 型号产品协同设计是实现型号产品网络化制造的关键技术,对于缩短研制周期、降低制造成本等方面有着重要作用。面临的困难是高安全等级、高度复杂、周期性长、单件小批量产品的协同设计问题,并能达到工程实际应用。本文以委托的总装备部“十一五”预研项目为研究背景,研究型号产品异地协同设计基于工作流的若干理论方法。目的一是探索型号产品异地协同设计面临问题的求解策略和方法,二是为下一代预研型号产品协同设计提供理论方法和技术支持。本文的主要研究内容和成果如下:(1)基于给出的协同设计空间三维分布的工作流模型,设计了一种基于工作流的访问控制模型,用于满足异地协同设计系统对资源分级共享和管理要求。针对型号产品异地协同设计访问控制高安全等级、数据流动性和灵活性的特点,在基于角色的访问控制基础上,引入任务的概念并将角色和操作资源分别定义一个拥有读写密级和读写范畴的安全级,并可以由用户自定义安全策略供实际情况选用。经副翼的案例分析表明,该模型能较好的实现对资源的访问控制要求。(2)针对工作流运行过程中需要评估协同设计工作进度的问题,给出了一种设计成熟度的评估方法。首先明确基于工作流的设计成熟度定义及其评估方法,构造影响设计成熟度的因素集;进而针对产品特征集的求解问题,引入递阶三角模糊数质量屋,将用户需求转化为各个阶段的因素集。最后构造基于改进的九标度法群体多准则模糊评估方法,将专家意见集成并去模糊化。副翼颤振模型设计成熟度的测算表明了该方法的可行性。(3)针对工作流运行过程中需要安全高效传输的问题,提出了CATIA三维CAD模型版本文件的差异分析方法,作为实现协同设计版本管理的基础。分析CATIA三维CAD模型文件的特征属性,组织模式和文档操作方法。基于文本字符串可比较的求解策略,设计特征提取算法,将二进制代码转化为可识别的字符串编码;进而设计差异分析算法实现字符串的比较;最后给出特征重构算法并渲染,从而实现了CATIA三维CAD模型文件的差异分析。底座的案例分析表明了该方法在有效地减少网络传输流量,保证传输安全的同时可以迅速地分析两个版本文件。最后通过型号产品的机翼颤振模型设计实例,在开发的异地协同设计原型系统中,对本文研究的理论和方法进行了应用验证。并可望推广应用于其它航空、航天和国防军工等领域产品的异地协同设计。

【Abstract】 Collaborative design which has an important role in shortening development cycle and reducing manufacturing cost, is the key technology of realizing networked manufacturing for specified type product. The considerable challenges and difficulties suffered from collaborative design of product involved in the high safety level, highly complexity, long periodicity, single and small batch, and achieve practical application.The research background of this dissertation is against the background of the Pre-research project supported by the General Armament Department. This dissertation presents some theoretics and methods of type product collaborative design based on the workflow. The purpose of this study is to explore some strategies and approaches to slove problems for type product collaborative design and to provide theoretical methods and technical support for the next generation type product. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on workflow model of collaborative design three-dimensional distribution, a workflow-based access control model is designed for the classification of resource sharing and to meet management requirements for collaborative design. For the characteristics of the high security level, data mobility and flexibility for type product, collaborative design access control adhibit the definition of mission and separately define one security-level which has read/write secret levels and read/write category for the role and operational resources based on RBAC. And define the nine security policies to meet the selection of the actual situation. An access control model which introduces task is designed. The aileron case analysis shows that the model can meet the resource access control requirements.(2)For the problem of evaluating the collaborative design progress in the workflow process, an evaluation method of design maturity is presented. First of all, the definition and its evaluation method of design maturity based on workflow are cleared and the factor sets which impact design maturity are structured. Then to solve the solution problems of product feature sets, the hierarchical triangular fuzzy number HoQ is introduced to achieve the transformation from the users’ needs to the factor sets of each phase. Finally an improved nine-scale group multi-criteria fuzzy evaluation method is proposed to integrate the expert opinions and de-fuzzy. The simulation calculation of the design maturity of an aileron shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.(3)For the problem of the safe and efficient data transmission in the workflow process, a difference analysis method of CATIA 3D CAD model files is proposed as a basis of achieving version management in collaborative design. Analyzing the feature attribute, organizational models and operational mothods of CATIA 3D CAD model files, based on the comparable solution stratege of text strings, the feature extraction algorithm is designed to transfer the binary code to the recognizable string. And then the difference analysis algorithm is designed to achieve the comparision of strings. Finally the feature reconstruction algorithm is designed and rendering the reconstruction file, then the difference analysis of CATIA 3D CAD model files is also achieved. The case analysis of the base shows that the method can quickly analyze the two version files while effectively reducing the network traffic flow and ensuring transport security.Take the wing flutter model as an example, the theory and methods are validated in the developed prototype system. And the above proposed theory and methods are also expected to be applied to collaborative design of other arears, such as aviation, aerospace and defense military products.
