汽车制造企业实施供应链管理的支撑技术与方法体系研究

【摘要】 供应链支撑技术、实施方法体系是实施供应链管理的重要技术基础和引领性方法基础,论文针对汽车制造企业的供应链管理实践进行支撑技术和实施方法体系研究,在对汽车制造企业实施供应链管理支撑技术体系构成分析的基础上,探求适合我国汽车制造企业现状、可行的供应链管理实施方法体系,对于解决汽车制造企业实施供应链管理实践缺乏明晰的支撑技术体系构成、缺乏系统化、一体化的实施方法体系等问题,具有重要的理论研究价值和现实意义。针对汽车制造企业实施供应链管理面临的规划与实施困难,论文尝试分别从PLM理论和协同学两个研究途径,提出了基于PLM的供应链管理实施方法和基于协同学的汽车供应链协调方法,并加以应用和实证分析。首先,论文在阐述产品生命周期管理(PLM)理论和协同学理论基本原理和方法的基础上,系统分析了我国汽车供应链的系统结构和特点,以及实施供应链管理存在的问题和基本条件,探索了适应汽车制造企业自身特点和实际需求的供应链技术支撑体系构成;据此,论文重点构建了汽车制造企业供应链管理的实施方法体系,该实施方法体系分为两个层面:一是供应链决策与实施层面,提出了基于PLM的汽车供应链管理实施方法;二是供应链节点企业协作层面,给出了基于协同学的汽车供应链管理协调方法,进而将上述两种方法在汽车供应链管理实践中加以应用,给出了具体的设计与实现步骤和要求。最后,以A汽车制造有限公司为调研和分析对象,综合运用定性分析和定量分析方法针对所提出的汽车制造企业供应链管理的实施方法体系进行了实证研究,并对其实施效果给与了定量分析,进而为理论研究提供必要实践分析过程和实施效果评价。

【Abstract】 Supporting technologies and implememtation methodology system is very important technologic base and lead method for implememtation supply chain management, this title research on supporting technologies and implememtation methodology of supply chain management for automobile manufacturing enterprise, the title base on analysis of it to search feasible supply chain management system for Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprise. This research with important theoretical study and practical significance for solving the problems of automobile manufacturing enterprise.For solving the supply chain management planning and implementation difficulties of automobile manufacturing enterprise to implement, the title suggest supply chain management implementation method base on PLM, analysis and evaluation for implement by synergetics. First, base on PLM and synergetics, the title analyzing the frame and character of Chinese automobile supply chain including the problems and basic condition on implementation supply chain management, searching for feasible technical support system; hereby, the title focus is the implementation method system of automobile manufacturing enterprise, it can separated two parts:one part is decision-making and implement; another is coordination of system elements. Finally, in order to test implementation method system, studying A company by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The main research results of the title include:1. It conclude supporting technologies technical support system, it conclude:first, definition the frame and character of automobile supply chain, then, summarization the constitution of supply chain technical support system it constitutes common technologies, key technology, synergetics and smart supply chain key technology.2. Analyzing the merit and demerit of automobile manufacturing enterprises supply chain implement management, summarize automobile supply chain management implementation method system.3. Bring forward automobile supply chain implementation method base on PLM. This method within PLM and supporting technologies. It achieve decision-making integration by use supply chain structure analysis method, implement elements affected analysis methods and multi-objective planning method. 4. By using synergetics, focus on purchasing problems, summarized cooperation method based on synergetics of automobile supply chain. The method is betake synergetics in automobile supply chain production, variable analysis can confirm supply and demand system exogenous variables is Total amount of social investment and technological application level, endogenous variable meet the supply, quality and the time goal of an integrated variable, supply-purchase system change by the change of exogenous variables and endogenous variable, confirming the system development and evolution order parameter control to ensure to realize the balance of the quantity, quality, on-time service for supply and demand system, to establish supply and demand system integrated order parameter equation for automobile manufacturers and suppliers, by using the potential function analysis evolution.5. Positive analysis of A automobile manufacturer enterprise about product lifecycle management. Based upon PLM production development model, analyzed developed links of the manufacturer’s product with the timing method and critical path method, and validated the target Planning. Based upon it, analyzed synergetics for the manufacturers and suppliers’ supply-demand system, according to research, established order parameter index system of supply system and demand system, and set up two subsystem order degree model u1(e1) and u2(e2); then according to the calculated two subsystems order degree to establish supply and demand system synergetic degree model U between automobile manufacturing and supplier, measure of the effect of supply and demand system synergetic management.Main achievement of this dissertation:1. This defining the structure and features of automobile supply chain, based upon it, Concluded technical support system composition of implementation supply chain management by Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises, it is separated four parts: common technologies, key technologies, synergetic technologies and smart supply chain key technologies to explain the technology function of technical support system and application area, emphasis is according to common technologies that is the whole process of supply chain from modeling, planning, implementation, operation, communication and optimization, suggest supply chain management common technical support system that is:modeling technology, message technology, channel management technology, manufacturing operations and logistics technology, optimization techniques; Focus on requirements of compliance with PLM theory and methods, summarized the automobile supply chain technology support system composition based on PLM, it is include: concurrent engineering, green technology, recycling technology and DFX technology. 2. The automobile supply chain implementation method base upon PLM, it use of the supply chain structure analysis method, by using of effect factor analytical method and multi-objective planning method, to achieve decision-making and implementation process integration, to explore the supply chain implantation methods system that is suited to Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises own characteristics and the actual needs.First, this article integrated links method and the Hall three-dimensional structure analysis method, perfect supply chain structure analysis method, this method provide an effective method of structural analysis that is very important for analyzing supply chain’ parts, operation process, working process, technical support, working objectives. Second, suggest the supply chain implementation effect factor analysis method -DEMATEL, provide effect factor analysis and recognition methods of combined qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, as well as provide the basis for implementation supply chain management analysis; last, provide supply chain multi-objective planning method with the supply chain management target and PLM management target, provide quantitative analysis method for supply chain management running effect, it achieve the target and result analysis process by the establishment of multi-objective function and model transformation.3. This paper suggests coordinated approach of automotive supply chain management based on synergetics, especially refer to the coordinated approach of each key point in the supply chain partnership between enterprises. This method based upon established automobile manufacturers and suppliers’supply and demand system, research the evolution of supply and demand system about automobile manufacturers and suppliers, in order to explore the system evolution process of supply and demand system, during the process, between the systems evolution in harmony with each other or the degree of harmony between the two.The method look the object as a far from equilibrium open system, combined qualitative theoretical analysis, such as parametric analysis, synergetic variation analysis, with quantitative analysis, revealed the partnership and synergetic operation between, generalized basic norms between supply and demand system subsystems by the time and functions evolution, provided systematic research methods reference and optimal path decision support for strengthen and optimize the partnerships between manufacturers and supplier as well as improved synergetic degree of the supply and demand system.
