【摘要】 干部教育是一个用马克思主义教育干部,全面提高干部素质与能力的整体性干部教育培养实践活动,是由领导与调控系统和运行系统共同构成的。干部教育在中国共产党的历史上发挥了巨大的作用。在当代,中国共产党继续高度重视干部教育,重视干部教育规律的探索和把握。干部教育规律是指干部教育内在构成要素之间的本质的必然的普遍联系及其发展趋势。研究干部教育规律,很重要的一个方面就是研究教育对象的基本情况、特点、要求和发展趋势,以利于提高干部教育的针对性和实效性,以利于达到培养目的,更好地为党的事业服务。本课题研究的对象是当代中国共产党干部教育规律问题。在具体研究中,首先全面系统介绍有关干部教育的几个基本问题。遵循历史与逻辑相统一的方法,通过梳理马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党主要领导人的干部教育思想,回顾中国共产党干部教育的历史轨迹,分析干部教育规律探索的理论和实践基础。并且在此基础上分析当代中国共产党干部教育的现状。研究中,要着眼于当前干部教育的实际,通过对干部教育现状的分析,找出存在的问题。研究中国共产党的干部教育问题,重要的还是介绍和论述干部教育的基本规律,研究探索当代干部教育规律的思路。第一章阐述干部教育的基本问题,包括干部教育的意义、对象、内容和特点等四个方面。第二章阐述干部教育规律探索的理论基础。这部分主要包括:列宁、斯大林的干部教育思想;毛泽东、邓小平的干部教育思想;江泽民、胡锦涛的干部教育思想等三个方面的内容。第三章:阐述干部教育规律探索的实践基础。这部分主要介绍中国共产党在各个历史时期干部教育的情况,具体分为新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期,以及改革开放时期等三个阶段。第四章:当代干部教育的现状。这部分首先分析了当代干部教育的大环境,包括世情、国情、党情等三方面的变化;接着总结当代干部教育工作的成绩,最后提出当代干部教育存在的诸多问题。第五章:当代干部教育的基本规律。干部教育的规律有很多,有一般规律、特殊规律等等。这部分研究的是基本规律,具体包括:坚持实事求是的思想路线;坚持用党的理论创新成果教育干部;坚持能力培养与政治素质并重;坚持按需培训的理念;坚持灵活多样的方式等五条。第六章:探索当代干部教育规律的思路。干部教育有规律可循,这部分从探索干部教育规律与总结干部教育经验相结合;促进干部教育与干部成长规律的良性互动;探索干部教育规律与推进干部教育创新相结合等三方面研究探索当代干部教育规律思路。结语部分是对论文正文的总结和补充,突出了干部教育规律的客观性,指明干部教育规律需要认真把握和探索。更多还原

Contemporary Communist Party of China continues attaching great importance to cadre education, takes cadre education law exploration and assurance seriously.That the cadre educates a law is that the finger cadre educates inherent the inevitable universal relation composing the nature between the key element’s and their developing trend.
