基于网络的产品协同开发过程管理关键技术的研究

【摘要】 本论文研究了网络化协同产品开发过程管理的理论、支持技术及过程实施管理的问题。研究了现代产品协同开发过程特征,分析了过程管理建模的要求,讨论了过程管理建模的理论方法和实现技术。建立了支持网络协同的多视图过程管理模型。该模型适应Internet环境,支持分布式的结构方式,支持多视图的过程表达方式。研究了产品协同开发过程管理系统体系结构。在提出的过程管理模型的基础上,研究了系统框架、过程分解和过程执行机构,并建立了系统框架的体系结构。研究了任务分解的相关理论和方法并设计了过程的执行机构,包括过程执行的状态、条件和规则。研究协同产品开发过程管理系统支持技术。分析了分布式工作流和任务管理技术作为管理工具在产品协同开发中的协作支持作用。提出过程级分布式控制,应用分布式工作流过程建模方法建立跨企业产品开发的过程模型,同时提出将组织模型与工作流模型分开以提高工作流执行的柔性。建立了一个包括生产过程特征的任务模型,给出了表示不同层次任务的三种任务对象模型以及具体功能,并根据模型结构提出了面向子任务目标管理的协同设计任务管理模型。设计了相应的基于XML的任务管理系统。研究了系统开发中的两个关键技术。提出了异构系统数据的集成即系统过程管理信息与其它系统之间的集成和交换方法。设计了一个应用于数据交换的过程信息共享模型并应用基于线程工作的系统结构支持多用户工作模式。在理论研究的基础上,设计并开发协同产品开发的过程管理系统PCD-PMS。该系统采用网络化产品协同设计支持系统作为其运行环境,能够对协同产品开发过程进行管理。系统基于网络环境运行,支持用户进行异地方式的分布式产品开发;系统支持基于过程集成方式的协同设计。为了验证系统的可行性,以某厂一个产品开发过程为例对PCD-PMS进行了应用验证,达到了研究效果。

【Abstract】 The collaborative product development technology has become one of the crucial methods by which modern manufacturing enterprises can enhance product development capabilities and improve the competence in market. The collaborative product development environment, partners and purposes are changing among dynamic alliances. In order to manage the total process of the development, an effective process management must be carried out. In this dissertation, we study deeply the key technologies of the framework structure, application technology and system realization for collaborative product development process. The content of this dissertation mainly includes:In the dissertation, the collaborative product development process management model is given first. Then, the features of modern development process are defined, and the demand of process management modeling is discussed. Some relative theories of product process management modeling and several popular models are developed and all compared. Based on all of above, a multi-view model is consequently proposed.Secondly, the collaborative product development process and management system are constructed. After analyzing the running environment, the design of the system frame and a theory of process decomposition are brought out, and the execution mechanism of the process is studied. So, the whole running programs are established.Thirdly, the supporting technologies for collaborative product development process and management system are integrated. Consequently, the collaborative supporting effect of distributed workflow and task management technology regarded as management tools in the course of collaborative product development process are introduced and analyzed in detail. A task model concluding production process characteristics is given, meanwhile three task object models and specific features of different level task are bringed out. According to the model structure, the collaborative development task model aiming to sub-task object management and design of the corresponding XML-based task management system are put forward. Finally, two key technologies in the development are summarized. In order to share the data in heterogeneous systems, a model for data syncretizing of the process is developed. XML-based data exchange is realized and the distortion during the exchange is discussed.In conclusion, based on the theory given in the dissertation, and the system is exploited and validated. Then the system structure is built up, and the interface between the frame and the system are showed, and the development methods are descriped. So that the whole PCD-PMS is accomplished. The system now is tested in a factory.
