模块装药性能研究

【摘要】 模块装药是发射装药的一个新研究课题。模块装药的性能研究已成为模块装药发展的重要研究内容和技术关键。为了研究模块装药的性能,本论文以发射装药理论为基础,利用燃烧理论、发射装药点传火模拟技术、装药技术、内外弹道理论、弹药低易损技术及模块装药使用和制造工艺方法等对双模块装药系统中的A模块装药的燃烧性能、点传火性能、装药结构性能、弹道性能、不敏感性能、使用性能和工艺性能等进行了研究。研究了发射药侵蚀燃烧对模块装药小号装药燃烧性能影响,研究了可燃容器与发射药燃烧匹配性设计方法。研究了不同点火药、不同点传火结构对模块装药点传火性能的影响;研究了装药结构对模块装药性能的影响;研究了实现模块装药内、外弹道性能要求的模块装药弹道设计方法和设计方案:研究了模块装药不敏感性能和使用性能;研究了模块装药实现自动组装的工艺性能。结果表明:利用发射药的侵蚀燃烧规律可在一定程度上改变模块装药不同装药号的膛压,提高小号装药的膛压。根据模块装药燃烧的强氧化性基团、强还原性基团和起缓冲作用的自由基三元体系的反应,通过强氧化性基团的量,可以定量地确定可燃容器中硝化棉含量与发射药量在模块装药燃烧完全性方面的匹配性。根据对称和强热传播原理,研究的中心黑火药点传火结构,可解决单元模块装药全等及无方向性要求和压力波动问题。通过采用无方向性设计、最小用量原则和均衡技术、插接与非插接结构技术,可实现不同用途模块装药结构设计。应用内外弹道原理,采用内外弹道综合优化方法和递推设计程序,解决了模块装药弹道设计问题。通过12m跌落试验,快速烤燃试验,子弹撞击试验,空心装药射流撞击试验等不敏感性能试验和公路运输试验、淋雨试验及高温高湿试验等使用性能试验对模块装药易损性和使用性能进行了研究,找出了提高模块装药不敏感性能和使用性能的方法。通过对模块装药组装工艺特点分析,研究了实现模块装药自动装填的工艺方法和关键技术。经过对模块装药性能的研究,找出了影响模块装药性能的规律,提出了模块装药性能方面存在问题的解决方法,促进了模块装药技术发展。

【Abstract】 The modular propelling charge system is a new subject for propellant charge. It is important and crucial for its development to research performance of modular propelling charge system.In order to investigate its performance, in this paper, the combustion performance, ignition and flame-spreading ability, charging construction, ballistic behavior, insensitivity, operation performance and processability of Modular Charge A in double modular propelling charge system were studied by applying the combustion theory, the ignition and flame-spreading simulation tehnique of propellant, the charging technique, the interior and exterior ballistic theory, LOVA techique and operation and manufacturing process of modular charge.etc. on the basis of propellant charge theory. Other investigations were also conducted,such as effect of erosive burning of propellant on combustion performance of low number of modular charge, the design way of combustible container matching with propellant burning, the effect of different igniting power and different flame-spreading construction on igniting and fame-spreading performance of modular charge, the effect of charge structure on the performance of modular charge, the design way and sheme to meet interior and exterior ballistic requirements of modular charge, insensitivity condition and operation performance of modular charge, the process technology to autoassemble modular charge. The result shows that:The bore pressure of different numbers of modular charge can be changed to a certain extent,and the bore pressure of less number of modular charge increased, by employing erosive burning rule of propellant.It can be quantitatively determined if the content of nitrocellulose in a combustible container matches with the amount of propellant in modular charge burning completely, according to its amount of strong oxizing radical in reaction of its strong oxizing radical, strong reducing radical and free radical with cushioning effect on modular charge burning.Full identical and non-directional requirement and unstable pressure condition of unit modular charge can be solved by researching ignition structure of central black power according to symmetry and strong heat spreading principle.The structure designs of modular charge for different use can be accomplished by adopting non-directional design, minimum amount principle and balance technique, inserting and non-inserting structure techique.Ballistic design of modular charge was finished by applying its comprehensive optimization method and recurrence program according to the interior and exterior ballistic principle.LOVA and operation performance of modular charge were explored so as to find out a way to improve its insensitivity and operation performance through 12M drop test, quick cook-off test, bullet impact test, impact test of cavity charge jet, road transportation test,rain test and high temperature and humidity test.The process and key techique for autofilling modular charge were explored by analyzing its assembly process.The performance of modular charge was studied so as to find out the rule affecting its performance and set forth a way to solve the problem in its performance to develop it.
