钦州市城市地貌环境质量评价研究

【摘要】 城市地貌环境质量系指城市地貌环境的优劣程度。对城市地貌环境质量进行评价,可为城市土地利用、城市地域扩展、城市的建设和管理提供定性、定量、定位的地貌信息与依据,使城市地貌环境得到合理利用和保护。钦州市是广西南部的滨海城市,其中心城区地处钦州断陷盆地和茅尾海东岸及钦州湾东北岸,城市地貌环境质量总体较好,但也呈现出一定的脆弱性。本文立足于钦州中心城区550km2地域的地貌环境现状,对其地貌环境质量进行评价,为钦州市的城市建设、土地利用、城市规划等提供相应的科学事实依据,为钦州市的可持续发展服务。为了实现这一研究目标,本文从9个方面展开论证:第1部分是文献综述。从国外、国内及当前城市地貌学研究存在的问题3个方面进行系统的阐述,以把握城市地貌学研究的历史沿革、研究的领域及存在的问题。第2部分是绪论。主要介绍本文的选题背景、目的、意义及研究范围、内容、方法、技术路线、创新点及特色等。第3部分是城市地貌环境质量评价理论探讨。从理论层面对城市地貌环境质量评价的相关概念进行界定,并阐述和探讨城市地貌环境质量评价的理论基础、城市地貌环境的区划等级及城市地貌环境系统的功能等理论问题。第4部分是钦州市城市地貌环境质量现状及演变。主要分析了钦州市城市地貌环境的背景条件、现状、演变及近期建设规划和远景规划。第5部分是钦州市城市地貌条件分析。主要分析了钦州市城市自然地貌、人工地貌的形成条件及地貌环境脆弱性形成机制和相关影响因子等。第6部分是钦州市城市自然地貌环境质量评价。说明城市自然地貌环境质量的评价原则、方法、过程,并建立评价指标体系。第7部分是钦州市城市人工地貌环境质量评价。说明城市人工地貌环境质量的评价原则、方法、过程,并建立评价指标体系。第8部分是钦州市城市地貌环境质量调控对策。通过分析和评价揭示了钦州市城市地貌环境质量的脆弱因子,并有针对性地提出相关调控对策。第9部分是结论与讨论。本文的研究结论是:①钦州市城市自然地貌环境质量的评价结果是一级自然地貌环境占评价区域面积的44.5%;二级自然地貌环境占45.8%;三级自然地貌环境占8.38%;四级自然地貌环境占1.29%。钦州市城市人工地貌环境的评价总得分是74分,属于三级城市人工地貌环境,即较适合人居的城市人工地貌环境;钦州市城市地貌环境质量较好,但也存在一定的脆弱性;②钦州市城市地貌环境由于其固有的自然地貌存在着起伏性,在人工平整过程中也存在着不稳定性;③钦州市城市地貌环境质量是钦州旧城区好于滨海新区,滨海新区好于钦州港区;④由于填海造陆,使钦州港区的海岸地貌向平直化方向演变,海岸的抗海浪侵蚀能力减弱,在极端海洋灾害出现时,有可能危及滨海新区和钦州港区的安全;⑤钦州主城区随着城市空间的扩大,城市生态系统受到破坏,水土流失严重,会加剧茅尾海的淤积,将会使茅尾海的岸线地貌发生改变,有可能威胁到钦州港的航道安全;⑥钦州海岸地貌受人工营力影响明显,其海岸没有海防林的保护,海岸抗海洋灾害能力减弱;⑦对海岸的改造过于明显,破坏了海岸原有生态系统,这将不利于钦州城市地貌资源的可持续利用。本文以钦州为例,探讨滨海城市的发展与城市地貌环境的协调友好问题。我国拥有18000km的大陆海岸线,300多万km2的海洋蓝色土地,是海洋资源大国之一,如何发展我国的滨海城市和捍卫我国对外交流的海上通道,迫切需要更加深入地研究探讨滨海城市的城市地貌环境特点和面临的挑战、问题,本文以钦州为例进行了实证研究,具有重要的现实意义。同时本文还对城市地貌环境质量评价的相关科学问题进行讨论。

【Abstract】 Environmental quality of urban landscapes refers to the degree of the merits of urban landscapes environment. Making the assessment for environmental quality of urban landscape can provide the landscape’s qualitative and quantitative information and orientation, which are used for urban land utilization, regional extension, construction and management. Qinzhou is a coastal city and located in the south of Guangxi. Its center stands at the rift basin, east coast of Maowei Sea and north-east coast of Qinzhou Bay. Its environmental quality of urban landscapes is fine as a whole with a certain degree of vulnerability. The study has focused on the assessment for the quality of the landscapes environment on the basis of the current conditions of the landscapes environment of the 550km2 downtown areas of Qinzhou City for the goals of exhibiting the scientific facts to Qinzhou’s urban development, land utilization, regional construction, and its sustainable development in the future.In order to achieve the study objectives, this study is developed as the following nine aspects:Part one:Literature Review. Elaborating systematically domestic, abroad and current existing problems in the study of urban geomorphology, to master the brief history, areas research and existing problems of urban geomorphology.Part two:Introduction. Introducing mainly the background topics, purpose, significance, research areas, contents, methods, technical lines, points of innovation and peculiarity, etc.Part three:Assessment for environment and theoretical investigation of urban landscapes. Defining in theory assessment for environmental quality of urban landscapes, having an analysis of the theoretical basis, class division and function of the environment system of urban landscapes.Part four:The status quo and evolution of the urban landscapes environmental quality in Qinzhou city. Analyzing mainly the background conditions, situation, evolution, construction planning in the near future and long-range planning of the urban landscapes environment in Qinzhou city.Part five:A comprehensive analysis of the conditions of Qinzhou’s urban landscapes. Analyzing mainly forming condition of the natural and man-made landscapes, formation mechanism and influential factors etc in Qinzhou city.Part six:The assessment for environmental quantity of urban natural landscapes in Qinzhou city. Showing the principles, methods, processes, and establishing evaluation index system.Part seven:The assessment for environmental quantity of urban man-made landscapes in Qinzhou city. Showing the principles, methods, processes, and establishing evaluation index system.Part eight:The solutions to the environmental quality of urban landscapes in Qinzhou. revealing vulnerability elements of environmental quality in urban landscapes of Qinzhou through analysis and evaluation, and putting forward the solutions respectedly.Part nine:Conclusion and further study. The assessing for environmental Quality of Urban Landscapes in Qinzhou city as the following:①The first-grade accounts for 44.5%, the second- grade for 45.8%; the third- grade for 8.38%,the fourth-grade for 1.29%; it is 74 points for the total score of Qinzhou’s man-made urban landscapes area, which is the third- grade and more suitable for human habitation;②Because of the irregularity of their inherent natural landscapes enviroment,there exists unstabilities in the artificial landscapes formation process in Qinzhou City;③The environmental quality of landscapes in the old town is better than that in the littoral New Area, and the Qinzhou Port’s is the worst;④Land reclamation has been making coastal landscapes straight in Qinzhou port, weakening the erosion of coastal resistance to wave, and if extreme marine disasters occurred, it would endanger the safety of the littoral New Area and Qinzhou port;⑤With the expansion of urban space, the main city of Qinzhou ecosystem has been damaged and had serious soil erosion, which has been increasing siltation in Maowei Sea, and will make the coastline landscapes of Maowei Sea change and may threaten the safety of Qinzhou fairway;⑥With Qinzhou coastal landscapes impacted by artificial forces obviously and without the protection of coastal forests, coastal marine disaster resistant is certain weakened;⑦The transformation of the coast shows too obvious and brings about destruction of coastal original ecological system, which will not help to use sustainably the resources of landscapes in Qinzhou city.Taking Qinzhou city as the case for study, the dissertation researches the harmonious and friendly relation between development of coastal cities and environment of urban landscapes. Our country is in possession of 18,000 km mainland coastline and more than 300 million square kilometers ocean blue land. As China is one of the biggest countries with rich oceanic resources, in order to make the ideas of how to develop China’s coastal cities and to guard its searoads for foreign communication, there is a crucial need to have further probe into the environmental feathers of the coastal city landscapes and their current problems and challenges. The dissertation has made an emperical study taken Qinzhou as an example, as is the important practical significance of the research; and meanwhile the dissertation has made a discussion on the relevant issues of quality assessment for the urban landscapes and the like.
