【摘要】 论文以市场经济为背景,用共轭分析法,分析论述了高等教育专业结构设置管理的实践和理论。通过对由高等教育专业结构设置、社会产业结构、人才市场就业结构组成的多元共轭体系的分析,给出了它们在共轭动力学机制下,相互之间的作用、影响和相互制约的动力学作用机制。主要成果:1、提出共轭效应在管理学上的制衡、耗散源概念,将其作为高等教育专业设置管理理论的“基础”,并在此基础上将“共轭动力学”引入高等教育专业设置管理。2、提出了管理的一种新的定义,把“算法”、“服务对象”、“共轭动力学”这些概念引入了定义,提出了共轭动力学在管理学应用中的建模方法,使管理有了一种全新的“诠释”。3、提出组织结构中“业务子组织结构”与(组织的)“服务对象”是一“共轭的动力系统”,把纯数学的“共轭动力学”的思想和结构,引入了管理学。4、提出了“紧致性”、“连通性”、“拓扑的同伦等价”是组织的最本质的性质,把“紧致性”,“连通性”、“同伦等价”引入了管理学的组织理论。5、提出了“多元共轭”的概念,这一概念在管理实践的运用中,具有较大的意义,在一定意义上讲,“市场竞争”与“多元共轭”密不可分。建立了由市场需求、产业结构、学科专业水平、利润、政策为基本变量的多元共轭的逻辑斯蒂扩展数学模型,并对模型进行了分析和实例研究。6、提出了我国的“产业结构”与“专业结构”的“共轭”将存在一个“磨合期”,我国的“专业结构”应划分为“学术型”与“职业型”两种,同时,“专业结构”设计应密切注意“高新技术产业发展的方向”,研究生的“专业结构”应与“科研课题”发生“共轭”。结合实际,用共轭动力学的因素分析法,对我国高等教育的专业结构设置管理进行了应用性分析,得出了对称共轭,是市场经济条件下,高等教育专业结构设置管理的关键影响因素的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of this dissertation is that, the analysis on management practice and theory of higher education subjects structure are based on the marketing economy by conjugate method. The reciprocity and interaction mechanism between higher education subjects structure, industrial structure and talent market are analyzed and reasoned. The main achievements are following. 1. Conjugative effect is the basic problem and the main interaction factor, dissipation resource in higher education subjects structure management, conjugate dynamics is introduced into management science. 2. Algorithm, service target and conjugate dynamics system are used in management research in the first time. 3. Through the conjugate dynamics system method, the dissertation makes a definition of the processing brunch structure of organization and the service targets system. 4. Close consistent, correlative and topology peer equivalence are the basic characters of organization are proved first time. 5. It is the first time who brings out the conception of multi-conjugate; this new conception has a great meaning in the practice of management. If under the given condition, market competition and multi-conjugate is inseparable. A logistic extension mathematics model of conjugate variables multivariate was established based on 5 basic variable-- market demands, industrial structure, professional level, profit, the basic policy, and the model is analyzed and case studied. 6. There is a seating time in the conjugate between industrial structure and subject structure, so that, the subject structure should be divided into tow parts one is science another is profession. Moreover, while design of subject structure; we should pay close attention to the developing direction of high technology industry. The master degree education should conjugate with research object. Put the conjugate dynamics system method into actual use, after the analysis of the higher education subject structure management, we can get a results that the symmetry conjugate is the key factor in market economy.更多还原
