【摘要】 论文以市场经济为背景,用共轭分析法,分析论述了高等教育专业结构设置管理的实践和理论。通过对由高等教育专业结构设置、社会产业结构、人才市场就业结构组成的多元共轭体系的分析,给出了它们在共轭动力学机制下,相互之间的作用、影响和相互制约的动力学作用机制。主要成果:1、提出共轭效应在管理学上的制衡、耗散源概念,将其作为高等教育专业设置管理理论的“基础”,并在此基础上将“共轭动力学”引入高等教育专业设置管理。2、提出了管理的一种新的定义,把“算法”、“服务对象”、“共轭动力学”这些概念引入了定义,提出了共轭动力学在管理学应用中的建模方法,使管理有了一种全新的“诠释”。3、提出组织结构中“业务子组织结构”与(组织的)“服务对象”是一“共轭的动力系统”,把纯数学的“共轭动力学”的思想和结构,引入了管理学。4、提出了“紧致性”、“连通性”、“拓扑的同伦等价”是组织的最本质的性质,把“紧致性”,“连通性”、“同伦等价”引入了管理学的组织理论。5、提出了“多元共轭”的概念,这一概念在管理实践的运用中,具有较大的意义,在一定意义上讲,“市场竞争”与“多元共轭”密不可分。建立了由市场需求、产业结构、学科专业水... 更多还原
