基于产业集群理论的企业协同创新系统研究

【摘要】 在经济全球化、知识与科技作用日益重要的背景下,企业集群化发展已经成为我国经济发展中的亮点。产业集群所表现出的竞争优势,使得处于集群中的企业能够便利地获取外部资源,降低各类成本与费用,提高创新能力,培育企业核心竞争能力,为企业的成长提供强大的动力和广阔的空间。随着市场竞争程度的加剧和经济全球化步伐的加速,产业集群获取竞争优势的源泉已经向创新能力和应变速度转变,创新能力越来越成为决定产业集群竞争力的关键因素。传统的产业集群要想继续保持并不断增强竞争优势,就必须将传统产业集群打造成创新型产业集群。随着世界经济全球化、一体化步伐的加快和知识经济的不断深化,大力推进和引导产业集群的创新发展对于推动我国经济的健康可持续发展起到极为重要的作用。因此,通过分析产业集群协同创新系统具有十分重要的理论价值和现实指导意义。本论文综合应用产业集群理论、生态学理论、技术创新理论、协同学理论、博弈理论和复杂系统理论等工具,以产业集群为研究对象,以集群企业的协同创新和集群的复杂适应性为研究核心,对基于产业集群内企业的协同创新进行了综合研究。本论文研究所取得的创新性成果主要有四点内容:(1)基于复杂适应性理论和生态学理论建立了产业集群内企业创新的协同学模型。本文分析了产业集群创新系统的复杂适应性和协同进化的生态学分析后,建立了基于协同学的集群创新系统协同模型,指出了集群协同的创新方式能提高创新生产率,促进集群内企业创新的实现。(2)基于技术扩散动力构建了产业集群协同创新的动力系统。建立了产业集群内部动力、外部动力、扩散动力和自组织动力的协同创新动力系统,并论述了各动力要素之间的相互作用及其作用机制。(3)基于博弈理论研究了产业集群内企业间协同创新模型。从集群的角度解决企业之间协同创新的关系,通过博弈均衡的建立和求解,得出了产业集群内规模相同的企业、大企业与中小企业两种情况下的协同均衡条件,进一步促进了集群内的协同创新。(4)基于神经网络模型构建了产业集群协同创新的绩效评价体系与协同度评价模型。本文根据协同学的序参量原理和支配原理,提出了评价产业集群创新系统的协同度模型,分别以集群创新子系统和集群环境子系统建立了“创新—环境”系统协同度。并利用超效率DEA模型和BP神经网络模型评价了产业集群协同创新的绩效。

【Abstract】 Industrial clustering is the outstanding character of the development of the economy, in the circumstance of the economy globalization and the knowledge-and-technology-based economic. Because of the competitive advantages of cluster, the firms in the cluster can obtain outside resources, reduce trade costs, improve innovation ability and cultivate enterprises core competence. Cluster provides enough motivity and capacious space for enterprises. The competitive advantages of the cluster transformed to the innovative ability and rapid reaction, with a more intensely competition and wider economic globalization. The innovative ability is going to be a key factor of the competence for the enterprises of the industrial cluster. It’s important for the continuable development of our economy to promote the innovative ability of the industrial cluster. So research on the synergetic innovation system of the enterprises in the industrial cluster has very important theory value and practical direction significance.Based on the cluster theory, ecology theory, complex adaptation system theory, synergetic theory and game theory, this paper studies synergetic innovation system of the enterprises in the industrial cluster. The main innovation points of the dissertation are listed as below:(1) This dissertation constructs the synergetic model of the enterprises innovation in the industrial cluster based on the complex adaptation theory and the ecology theory. Based on analysis of CAS theory and the ecology theory of the innovative system, the paper expounds the synergetic model to reveal the synergetic innovation can improve the level of the productivity of the industrial cluster, and to enhance the cooperation of the enterprises of the industrial cluster.(2) This dissertation constructs the dynamic system of the synergetic innovation in the industrial cluster based on the technology diffusion. The dynamic system consists of the internal innovative dynamic, the external dynamic, diffusion dynamic and the self-organized dynamic. Finally it expends the interact effects of the dynamic system.(3) This dissertation brings forth the synergetic innovation model of the enterprises in the industrial cluster based on the game theory. It establishes the game balance between the synergetic enterprises in the cluster. The affecting factors are listed in the article based on the calculating of the game model. The synergetic factors can enhance the innovative cooperation of the enterprises in the cluster.(4) This dissertation brings forth the evaluation of the performance of the industrial cluster based on the BP network. It constructs the synergy of innovation based on the order parameters and dominant principle. The synergy of innovation is consists of the innovation sub-system and environment sub-system. Finally the paper evaluates the performance of the synergetic innovation of the industrial cluster based on the MDEA and BP network model.
