基于价值增长的企业绩效评价体系创新研究

【摘要】 当今社会的变化速度之快已经远远超出了人们的想象,企业家们也意识到企业经营所面临的风险其种类之多和复杂性之巨是无法被漠视的。从价值管理的角度看,企业绩效的不断改进和持续的价值增长是相对应的,而价值增长正是企业价值驱动因素在整个企业风险系统的作用下对企业价值贡献结果最大化的表现。因此,本论文在借鉴金融机构风险管理理论的基础上构建了钢铁企业全面风险管理体系,并尝试将风险评价融入企业绩效评价模型中,与激励机制挂钩,真正将风险管理落到实处。本论文的选题来源是我国某特大型钢管企业的管理诊断项目,文章研究内容注重汲取最新前沿理论,同时立足于企业发展实际,在解决实际问题的同时,探索了绩效评价研究的一种新思路。论文第二章从相关的理论研究综述出发,分析绩效评价理论、战略管理理论、价值管理理论和风险管理理论各自的理论体系和研究成果,最后对上述各理论的综合研究及应用进展进行评述。第三章对一般工商企业运营过程中面临的风险进行全面分析,借鉴金融风险领域全面风险管理模型的思想,以钢铁企业为研究对象,以VaR方法为核心,构建钢铁企业全面风险管理系统,为后续进行风险绩效评价提供数据支持。第四章在分析企业价值增长的方式和企业绩效评价内涵的基础上,阐述影响企业价值增长的价值驱动因素、关键绩效驱动因素和关键风险驱动因素之间的关系,尝试从企业战略目标出发构建基于价值增长的绩效评价体系框架,将价值增长的数量绩效评价、质量绩效评价和风险绩效评价整合在统一框架下。第五章构建企业价值增长的数量绩效评价、质量绩效评价和风险绩效评价模型,分别实现对价值增长的结果、过程和风险收益性的评价,通过不同维度的评价可以更全面反映企业的绩效,同时满足不同信息使用者的需求。第六章实现对企业不同层面的绩效评价,并根据绩效评价的结果,构建相应的激励机制,实现加强企业内部控制、优化企业资源配置以及规避企业相关风险。论文第七章以TP公司为实证分析对象,构建基于价值增长的绩效评价模型和相应的激励机制,并根据评价结果提出策略,以期实现企业绩效改进和价值提升。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the speed of society’s change has been far greater than people imagined. Entrepreneurs are also aware of the business risks’variety and complexity can not be ignored. From the perspective of the value based management, continuous improvement of enterprise’s performance often makes sustained growth of incremental value, moreover, incremental value is the maximized result of value-driven factors contributed to enterprise’value under the enterprise-wide risk system. As a result, this dissertation constructs enterprise-wide risk management system of the iron and steel enterprises based on financial institutions risk management theory, as well as it tries to integrate risk assessment into the enterprise performance appraisal model, with introduction into incentive mechanism in order to put risk management into effect. The source of this dissertation is the program of management diagnosis of an oversize steel tube enterprise. The contents of the research draw attention to the latest front edge theory and are based on actual business development. When solving the above problems, new thought is explored of performance appraisal theory. Therefore, the research in this dissertation is meaningful both in theory and in practice.Beginning with the summarize of relevant research theories, the dissertation firstly analyzes the research system and outcomes of performance appraisal theory, strategic management theory, value based management theory and risk management theory, as well as the latest comprehensive research and application progress of the above-mentioned theories. With the comprehensive analysis of the risks of general industrial and commercial enterprises operational process facing, the third chapter constructs the enterprise-wide risk management system of the iron and steel enterprises based on financial institutions risk management theory and the VaR methodology, and also provides the datum support for following risk performance evaluation. In fourth chapter, this dissertation expatiates on the relationship with value-driven factors, key performance driven factors and key risk driven factors based on the analysis of the mode of enterprise incremental value and the connotation of enterprise performance appraisal. And it also tries to build an integrative system framework which contains the quantity, quality and risk performance appraisal from the strategic objective. The fifth chapter actualizes the evaluation of the outcome, process and risk profitability of incremental value by constructing the quantity, quality and risk performance appraisal model based on enterprise’s value. With different dimensions of the evaluation, it can reflect more comprehensive performance of enterprise. At the same time, it also can meet different information users’needs. The sixth chapter constructs the incentive mechanism to strengthen internal controls, optimize the allocation of resources as well as to avoid the enterprises’risks based on different levels of performance evaluation results. The seventh chapter constructs incremental value performance appraisal model and incentive mechanism based on empirical analysis object which is called TP company. By bringing forward strategies corresponding with the evaluation results, it will be benefit to achieving improvement of performance and incremental value.
