河南省铝土矿资源潜力评价与勘查开发战略研究

【摘要】 河南省铝土矿资源丰富,探明储量居全国第二位,主要分布在河南省中西部三门峡一郑州一平顶山之间的三角地带。含矿岩系为上石炭统本溪组,分布面积达2万平方公里。以铝为主的有色金属工业是河南省的支柱产业之一,氧化铝和电解铝产量均居全国第一。随着铝工业的飞速发展,铝土矿资源保障能力不足已成为制约铝工业发展的瓶颈因素。本文以河南省区域成矿地质条件和区域矿床地质资料的研究分析为基础,建立了陕县支建、渑池县曹窑煤矿深部和贾家洼西段等三个典型铝土矿床的成因和成矿模式;并以此为基础,结合河南省区域铝土矿成因、成矿规律、铝土矿床分布、成矿地质背景和矿体特征等因素,总结了区域铝土矿资源潜力评价要素指标,建立了河南省区域铝土矿床成矿模式。对各种评价要素进行了分类和地质统计分析,确定了Al2O3、A/S和矿层厚度等三个连续变量,并以岩相古地理、区域铝土矿床数量和地层三个离散型变量作为预测变量;计算了各预测区的成矿有利度,对预测区进行了优选。在预测分区优选的基础之上,采用地质体积法估算了河南省铝土矿预测资源量:埋深300m以浅的资源潜力334-1为11.96亿吨;埋深300500m的资源潜力334-2为12.19亿吨;埋深5001000m的资源潜力334-3为31.42亿吨;合计全省埋深1000m以浅的铝土矿资源潜力为55.57亿吨。以此为基础,对河南省铝土矿资源承载力和资源保障程度进行了分析;以提高河南省铝土矿资源保障程度和确保河南省铝工业可持续发展为目的,从政策和技术两个层面提出了河南省铝土矿资源勘查开发战略:①开展深部铝土矿的勘查开发工作;②多手段综合找矿;③在产业政策上规范铝土矿勘查开发准入条件;④提高铝土矿回采率;⑤利用高硫矿石和低品位矿石;⑥充分利用“两种资源、两个市场”,考虑使用境外矿石;⑦利用新工艺,提高铝土矿资源利用效率.

【Abstract】 Henan province is abundant in bauxite resources, the proved reserves ranked second in China, and which are mostly distributed in the triangle zone around Sanmenxia-Zhengzhou-Pingdingshan covering an area of 20,000 square kilometers. The ore-bearing bed is the Benxi Formation of the Upper Carboniferous. Aluminum-based non-ferrous metals industry is a key industry in Henan province, where output of alumina and electrolytic aluminum ranked first in China. With the rapid development of aluminum industry, the shortage of bauxite resources has become a major factor restricting its healthy development in Henan province.The metallogenic patterns of the bauxite deposits in the shallow of Zhijian in Shan county, the depth of Caoyao coal mine and the west part of Jiajiawa in Mianchi county are established based on the data in regional geology, metallogeny and ore deposit. A regional metallogenic model for the bauxite deposits in Henan province is also proposed according to the analyses on their metallogenic setting, distribution, ore bodies characteristics, origin and mineralization regularity, combined with the summarization of factors for potential assessment of regional bauxite resources. Three continuous variables of Al2O3, A/S and ore bed thickness and three discrete variables of paleogeography, bauxite number and formation as predictor variables are determine after classification and geological statistic analysis of those factors. The metallogenic advantage degree of each predicator area is calculated and the predicator areas are optimized. At last, the potential bauxite resources of Henan province are estimated using geologic volume method, indicating 1196, 1219, and 3142 million tons of the 334-1, 334-2, and 334-3 potential bauxite resources in the depths of 0 to 300 m, 300 to 500 m, and 500 to 1000 m, respectively. Total potential bauxite resources of Henan province above 1000 m depth is 5557 million tons.The bauxite resource bearing capacity and bauxite resource guarantee of Henan province are analyzed on the basis of the potential resources assessment. For the guarantee of bauxite resources and persistent development of aluminum industry, some policies and technological measures are suggested as below:①carrying out exploration and exploiting of deep bauxite resource;②prospecting for bauxite deposits using various comprehensive means;③specifying entry conditions for bauxite exploration and exploiting;④raising the rate of bauxite recovery;⑤utilizing ores with high sulphur content and those of low-grade;⑥encouraging purchasing bauxite ores from abroad;⑦applying new technology to raise utilization coefficient of bauxite;
