【摘要】 黑龙江黑河地区矿产资源丰富,许多有色贵金属矿产资源具有巨大的开发利用潜力。进行该地区矿产资源经济和环境评价对开发黑河矿产资源,发展黑河经济,保护黑河环境,保持黑河社会稳定,促进东北老工业基地建设都具有重要的现实意义。本论文在收集和整理大量有关黑河地区矿产资源勘查开发资料的基础上,全面分析了黑河地区矿产资源禀赋和勘查开发潜力,并利用层次分析法和德尔菲法对黑河地区矿产资源进行了综合经济评价和环境评价,取得了一些新的成果和认识。1.查明了黑河地区的矿产资源产出情况,认为黑河地区具有优良的矿产资源禀赋。2.揭示了黑河地区矿产资源的开发前景,认为黑河地区矿产资源开发潜力巨大。3.建立了黑河地区矿产资源综合经济评价模型,据此确定的黑河地区矿产资源勘查开发优势序列为铜→煤炭→大理岩→矿泉水→岩金→铅锌→珍珠岩→沸石→钨钼→银。4.建立了黑河地区矿产资源环境评价模型,并选取多宝山铜钼矿进行了实证分析,所得结果与实际情况一致。5.提出了黑河地区矿产资源勘查开发的政策建议,重点是进一步加强地质勘查工作,加大优势矿种开发力度,加快产业结构调整和注重环境保护等。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are plenty of resources in the Heihe region, Heilongjiang province, Norththeast China, in which a number of non-ferrous metals have great potential for development and utilization. To have economic and environment evaluation of mineral resources in Heihe is of very important practical significance in exploitation of mineral resources in Heihe, development of regional economy, protection of regional environment, keeping social stability, and promoting construction of northeast old industrial base.On the basis of collecting and sorting out a great number of real data of exploitation and development of mineral resources in the Heihe region, a comprehensive investigation has been conducted on occurrence condition of mineral resources and their potential for exploitation and development. Using AHP and Delphi methods, comprehensive economic evaluation and environment evaluation have been completed on the mineral resources in the region.The following are the achievements that have been acquired in this study.1. Occurrence condition of mineral resources in the Heihe region is ascertained, leading to propose that the occurrence condition of mineral resources in the region is excellent.2. Range of prospects for making use of local mineral resources is analyzed, resulting in understanding of great potential for development of mineral resources in the region3. A concrete model for comprehensive economic evaluation on the mineral resources in the region is set up. The priority order for prospecting and development of mineral resources determined based on the model is Cu– coal– marble - mineral water– Au - Pb and Zn– pearlite - W and Mo - Ag.4. A model for environment evaluation on the mineral resources in the region is proposed, with a case study of the Duobaoshan Cu and Mo deposit. The result of the case study is consistent with the model.5. Some constructive suggestions are proposed on further exploitation and development for the mineral resources in the region.更多还原
