【摘要】 经过二十多年的改革开放,中国制造企业已经在全球经济竞争和国际制造业链条中扮演了越来越重要的角色,许多国家都把发展制造企业作为增强综合国力的重要举措。近几年我国制造企业正在突飞猛进的发展,其规模和数量都在不断地增长,在国民经济构成中所占比例也显著提高,有力地促进了经济结构的调整。核心竞争力是保持制造企业竞争优势的重要手段,是制造企业持续竞争优势的源泉。许多人认为企业核心竞争力以及竞争优势的根源在于企业内部,制造企业核心竞争力互动网络是企业核心竞争力研究的一种新形式,它超越了传统上企业核心竞争力主体局限于单个企业内部,企业核心竞争力提升过程呈单一线性模式的束缚,把企业能力提升过程中政府、科研机构和大学、中介机构和相关企业与制造企业之间的交互作用放在了一个突出的位置上。本文以我国制造企业为研究对象,以核心竞争力培育与提升为研究主线,以互动网络的建立为研究重点,对制造企业核心竞争力提升中企业与外部多元主体间的耦合关系和互动学习模式进行了系统的梳理、整合与创新。旨在有效调配制造企业资源及能力,充分运用到提升核心竞争力的问题上来。首先,本文对制造企业核心竞争力互动网络研究的背景及现状进行了分析,接着对论文相关基础理论进行了阐述。明确提出制造企业核心竞争力互动网络的内涵及其知识特性,并通过互动网络与线性模式的比较研究以及创新系统理论的深入分析,得出了制造企业核心竞争力互动网络的结构生成。基于此,本文深入解析了制造企业核心竞争力互动网络多元主体间的接近性,这种接近性表现为地理接近性、社会接近性和行业接近性,这是互动网络生成的接近性基础。更进一步分析了基于接近性形成的耦合关系对互动网络生成的作用。其次,基于现有组织学习模式的借鉴和制造企业核心竞争力互动网络主体的学习形式和学习能力类型分析,提出了制造企业核心竞争力互动网络学习模式的演进规律。第三,在对制造企业核心竞争力互动网络耦合关系和互动学习模式进行详细分析后,基于互动网络的知识联盟特性,进一步分析了制造企业核心竞争力互动网络的运行机制,分别是制造企业与政府、科研机构和大学、中介机构以及相关企业的互动运行。第四,本文在遵循指标体系设立基本原则的基础上,有针对性地设计了一个制造企业核心竞争力互动网络成熟度水平评价指标体系。应用灰色综合评价法对实证研究对象DQ公司的相关统计数据进行处理,得出DQ公司核心竞争力互动网络成熟度综合水平。最后,本文根据上述研究得出的结论,提出了制造企业核心竞争力互动网络发展的保障措施体系。制造企业应分别从制度保障体系、技术保障体系、管理保障体系和文化保障体系几方面着手维护核心竞争力互动网络发展的有序运行。更多还原

【Abstract】 After more than 20 year reform and open policy, China Manufacturing firm already has played more and more important role in the global economic competition and the international manufacturing industry chain, and many countries take the development of Manufacturing firm as the important action to enhance comprehensive national strength. In recent years nation’s Manufacturing firm is progressing by leaps and bounds the development, and its scale and quantity are growing unceasingly, and its accounts for the proportion in the national economy constitution also obviously is enhancing, which promoted the economic structure adjustment powerfully.The core competitiveness is the important means with which the Manufacturing firm maintains competitive advantage, and it is the Manufacturing firm’s continual competitive advantage fountainhead. Many people thought that the enterprise core competitiveness as well as competitive advantage’s root lies into the enterprise. The Manufacturing firm core competitiveness interaction network is a new form of the enterprise core competitiveness research, which surmounted the traditional thought that the enterprise core competitiveness mainly limited in the single enterprise and the enterprise core competitiveness promotion process is a sole liner model. It places the interaction between the government, the scientific research institution and the university, the intermediaries and the related enterprise on a prominent position.This article deeply researches the coupling-based relation and interaction mode between manufacturing firm and outer multi-actors in the promotion of core competitiveness which takes our country’s manufacturing firm as the object of study, and takes the core competitiveness cultivation and the promotion as study master line, and takes coupling interaction network establishment as research key. The article’s purpose is to mix the Manufacturing firm resources and ability effectively, which can promote the core competitiveness.At first, this article has analyses the background and the present situation of the research of manufacturing firm core competitiveness interaction network. It proposes the connotation and knowledge characteristic of the Manufacturing firm core competitiveness interaction network explicitly, and obtained the overall structure of manufacturing firm core competitiveness interaction network through the comparison research between coupling interaction and liner model and core competitiveness essential factor recognition theory and innovation system theory. Based on this, this article analyzed the close coupling property between multi-actors. This kind of close property performances as geography close, social close and profession close, this was the close foundation of coupling interaction network. The article has further analyzed the function of coupling-based relations which forms the interactive network.Secondly, this article proposed the two kind of most important interactive pattern:Interactive study pattern and coordination evolution pattern based on the analysis of knowledge system characteristic of coupling-based interaction network and barrier clear-out mechanism of knowledge transference.Thirdly, the article further analyzed the movement pattern of the Manufacturing firm core competitiveness coupling-based interaction network, which contains goal enterprise with government, scientific research institution and university, intermediaries as well as related enterprise based on the knowledge union property of interaction network.Fourthly, this article designed a Manufacturing firm core competitiveness interaction network level evaluating indicator system based on the basic principle of indicator system formation. It applies the gray quality synthetic evaluation method to evaluate the DQ Company, obtains the DQ Company’s synthesis level of core competitiveness interaction network.Finally, the article proposed the Manufacturing firm core competitiveness interaction network movement safeguard mechanism according to the above research. The manufacturing firm should maintain order movement of coupling-based interaction network separately from the system safeguard system, the technical safeguard system, the management safeguard system and cultural safeguard system aspects.更多还原
