高台阶抛掷爆破技术与效果预测模型研究

【摘要】 黑岱沟露天矿率先将高台阶深孔抛掷爆破引入国内,并与2007年3月1日实施第一次抛掷爆破。本文基于现场抛掷爆破试验,结合理论分析和数据统计计算,系统的研究了黑岱沟露天矿抛掷爆破技术,研究分析了台阶高度,单耗,最小抵抗线,孔距,排距及炮孔密集系数对抛掷爆破效果的影响规律,给出了适合于黑岱沟露天矿抛掷爆破参数设计的合理化建议及参数选择计算方法。通过对大量现场实测爆堆数据的统计分析,完成了高台阶抛掷爆破爆堆形态的分类,揭示了抛掷爆破抛掷堆积的规律,建立了爆堆形态模拟的整体Weibull分布模型、爆堆形态预测的分排Weibull分布模型和高台阶抛掷爆破效果预测的BP神经网络模型,开发了抛掷爆破效果预测程序V1.0,实现对抛掷率,松散系数和爆堆形态的预测。

【Abstract】 Heidaigou opencast mine, the first opencast mine which introduced the method of deep-hole high bench cast blasting into China, have been implement the first cast blasting in March first, 2007. Based on the local cast blasting experiment, combined with theory analysis and date statistics, this paper researched this method systematically for Heidaigou opencast mine. Most important it analyzes the affect rule for the cast blasting effects about bench height, powder factor, burden, spacing and denseness coefficient, gives the reasonable suggestions and the method about how to choose the parameter which is suitable for the Heidaigou opencast mine cast blasting design.This research combined with many local muckpile data, according to statistics analysis, revealed the rule of cast blasting pile, and built the whole Weibull distributing models and separated row Weibull distributing models, meanwhile it also built BP neural network model of predicting the effects of height bench cast blasting, and developed the effects prediction program V1.0 for cast blasting, by which the prediction for cast percentage and bulk factor and muckpile is possible.
