面向车间管理的离散生产系统精益运行驾驶舱研究

【摘要】 为了更好地帮助车间管理者对车间生产系统的运行进行实时掌控,结合精益生产原理对车间生产系统运行的要求,开展了面向车间管理的离散生产系统精益运行驾驶舱研究,以辅助车间管理者有效管理生产过程演进和实时动态监控生产计划的执行。第一章阐述了论文研究的背景。对离散生产系统有关研究现状进行了回顾和总结,提出了目前相关研究存在的不足和有待进一步解决的问题,阐述了本论文研究的意义,在对其相关研究现状进行分析的基础上,提出了本论文的研究思路与研究内容,最后,介绍了全文研究内容的整体组织架构。第二章研究了车间生产系统精益驾驶舱工作原理及体系结构。结合精益生产模式的特点和要求,建立了精益车间评价指标体系。讨论了车间生产系统精益驾驶舱的提出背景,给出了车间生产系统精益驾驶舱的定义及其功能需求。介绍了车间生产系统精益驾驶舱的概念模型,在说明车间生产系统运行过程的基础上,提出了车间生产系统精益驾驶舱的工作原理及其体系结构。第三章研究了精益驾驶舱数显控制参量设计与计算。首先,在精益车间评价指标体系的基础上,建立了驾驶舱数显控制参量体系。阐述了驾驶舱数显控制参量选取原则与选取依据。研究了驾驶舱数显控制参量体系中参量的内容。然后,分析了工位生产数据及其采集,针对每个驾驶舱数显控制参量给出了其计算公式。最后,探讨了驾驶舱数显控制参量与工位生产要素之间的关联关系。第四章研究了车间生产系统精益运作模型及其求解算法。在分析生产任务与制造资源能力波动情景下生产平衡的基础上,讨论了基于生产过程稳定的车间生产系统精益运行。参照大系统多目标规划模型的一般形式,提出了将车间生产系统精益运行问题抽象为大系统多目标规划问题这样的观点。以工位生产数据作为决策变量;以驾驶舱数显控制参量体系中所有的控制参量作为动态约束条件,构建了车间生产系统精益运行模型的具体形式。为解决车间生产系统精益运行的动态性、多目标、多阶段性,给出了一种采用“串式调优法”求解模型的算法,分析了初始目标值的可达域并给出了求解算法的方法与步骤。通过在某公司加工装配生产线的应用,展示了车间生产系统精益运作模型的合理性及其求解算法的可用性。第五章对全论文进行总结,并对未来研究工作进行展望。

【Abstract】 In order to better help the workshop managers handle and control production systems operation in real time, the research on lean operation dashboard for workshop management of discrete production systems was put forward. The lean operation dashboard combined with requirements that lean production principle asked for the workshop production system operation. The research aims to assist workshop managers to effectively grasp the performance of production process and dynamicly monitor the implementation of production plan in real time.In chapter 1, the dissertation research background was elaborated. Firstly the research situations were reviewed and summarized about discrete production systems. Then shortcomings and weak fields of present related studies were found out so that some work must be done to solve above questions. And the research threads and contents of this dissertation were given after explaining signification of the dissertation research and analyzing status of relevant research papers. Finally the overall organization framework of the whole dissertation research contents was described at the end of this chapter.In chapter 2, the operation principle and system architecture were put forward about workshop production systems lean dashboard. The evaluation index system of lean workshop was built combined the characteristics and requirements of lean production mode. The presentation background of workshop production systems lean dashboard was discussed. The definition and function requirement were given for the workshop production systems lean dashboard. The conception model of workshop production system lean dashboard was proposed on the basis of analyzing workshop production system operation process. In the end, the working principle and the system architecture of workshop production systems lean dashboard were brought forward.In chapter 3, the design and calculation were studied about the digital display control parameters of the lean operation dashboard. Firstly the digital control parameters system was built based on lean workshop appraisal index system. The principle and basis were elaborated for selecting the dashboard control parameters. The contents were designed about dashboard control parameters. Then the collection was analyzed about the workstation manufacturing data. The formula of each dashboard control parameter was given. Finally the relevancy between the parameters and the manufacturing factors was analyzed.In chapter 4, the lean operation model and its solving algorithm were studied for the workshop production system. Firstly workshop production system lean operation based on process stability was analyzed. Then the general format of multi-objective planning question of large-scale systems was refered to. And it is put forward that the problem of production system lean operation can be abstracted to multi-objective planning question of large-scale systems. The specific model of workshop production system lean operation was built with workstation manufacturing data as a decision-making variable and all the control parameters as dynamic constraints in dashboard digital display control parameters system. Finally the ’harmonizing cluster results’algorithm for solving the model was found out to resolve the difficulties of dynamic, multi-objective and multi-stage features of the lean operation of production systems. The reachable domain of the initial target value was analyzed and the up to and the methods and steps of the model solution algorithm were given. The model and its solution algorithm are applied to an assembly line. The application results showed that the model is reasonable and its solution algorithm is available.In chapter 5, the whole research in this dissertation and prospects for future research work were summarized.
