网络化制造资源集成平台若干关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】 基于网络信息技术实现企业间制造资源的有效集成和优化配置,从而在生产经营活动中集成广域优势资源,快速响应市场需求变化,对于制造企业赢得市场竞争具有重要的意义。本文主要结合国家863课题对网络化制造资源集成平台若干关键技术问题进行了较为深入的研究和探讨,主要包括集成平台的体系结构与运行模式、资源建模与封装技术、资源检索与匹配技术、资源评价与服务链构建技术和集成平台系统开发等。在第一章,回顾了先进制造技术与管理模式的发展,阐明了网络化制造产生的原因。分析了目前国内外网络化制造资源管理中相关问题的研究现状和存在的不足,阐述了研究的必要性,提出了本文研究的方向,给出了本文的主要研究内容和论文的结构。为更加深入分析和描述网络化制造资源集成的本质特征。第二章首先对网络化制造资源特点和集成平台的特性进行分析。提出了基于J2EE/WebService的平台体系结构与功能模型。在运行方法方面提出了基于资源服务提供商的平台运作模式与机制,在安全方面提出了基于任务和角色的平台访问控制模型。为了解决网络化制造资源无歧义统一描述和即插即用问题,第三章首先对网络化制造资源建模进行需求分析。在此基础上从资源分类、资源逻辑层次和形式化定义等角度对制造资源进行完整全面的描述。在资源对象层提出了基于UML的网络化制造资源总体模型;在资源对象语义层提出了基于OWL的网络化制造资源语义模型;在资源对象数据层提出了基于XML的网络化制造资源数据模型。针对集成平台对资源服务即插即用性要求,研究了资源封装技术,提出了基于WSFR的资源封装方案。为了解决快速有效地检索出满足制造任务的QoS约束和需求的资源服务问题,第四章首先对制造任务模型、约束定义和制造任务的分解策略等关键问题进行了研究。提出了基于综合语义的候选资源服务检索与匹配算法,该算法综合了类型匹配、语义匹配、输入输出参数匹配和QoS约束匹配等信息,实现了多角度多层次基于语义的资源服务检索目标。为解决多目标约束的网络化制造资源选择评价和服务链的构建问题,第五章提出了网络化制造资源服务选择评价指标与基于模糊层次分析的评价算法,研究了网络化制造资源服务的选择与实现过程,提出了基于网络拍卖的制造任务分配流程与机制。研究了基于改进蚁群算法的网络化制造资源服务链的构建算法,并分别给出了基于时间、成本和时间成本综合的资源服务链构建算例。在以上研究成果的基础上,作者开发了网络化制造资源集成平台系统。该系统初步实现了资源管理、任务管理、资源发现、资源评价、资源链构建、平台管理、商务中心和站点导航等子系统,从而验证了论文中所构建理论的有效性。第七章对全文进行了总结,对今后的研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 It’s a significant way for enterprises to enhance core competence and to rapid respond to the market changing that integrating outside manufacturing resources based on the web technologies. In this dissertation, we focus on several important problems in networked manufacturing resource integration platform (NMRIP) , mainly combined with the project sponsored by the national 863 programs. This dissertation is mainly concerned with several critical problems of the NMRIP including system architecture and running model, resource modeling and encapsulating technology, resource researching and matching technology, resource evaluating and service chain formatting technology, and prototype system developing technology in the NMRIP.In chapter 1, the development and characteristics of advanced manufacturing technologies and management mode are reviewed and the inevitability of research on networked manufacturing is analyzed. The relating problems in resource management for networked manufacturing are discussed in detail; the research necessity about them and the objective of this dissertation is then pointed out. The research frame is presented after the state of the art and research status in related resource management for networked manufacturing problems are reviewed.For a more thorough analysis and description on natural characteristics of the NMRIP, and in order to provide methods the instructions for research , development, implementation, maintenance and optimized running of the NMRIP, chapter 2 firstly takes function, performance and security requirement analysis of the NMRIP. Combined with some relating research status and resource management characteristics of networked manufacturing, connotation of the NMRIP is promulgated. System architecture and function model based on J2EE/Web Service of the NMRIP are proposed. This dissertation provides a running model and mechanism of the NMRIP which based on resource service provider. As far as safety concerned, the dissertation proposes an access control model based on task and role.Manufacturing resource model and encapsulating is to solute two critical problems in the NMRIP, such as namely inserts namely uses and no different understand for the same resource. Chapter 3 firstly takes requirement analysis on manufacturing resource modeling. From resources classification, resources logic level and formalized definition, the dissertation carries on the integrity comprehensive description to the manufacture resources. In object level, a networked manufacturing total model based on UML is proposed; in semantic level, a networked manufacturing semantic model based on OWL is proposed; in data level, a networked manufacturing data model based on XML is proposed. As far namely inserts namely uses requirement as concerned, the dissertation provides a encapsulating solution based on WSFR for networked manufacturing resources.In order to fast and effectively retrieve some manufacturing resources which is satfied with QoS restraints and requirements of special task. Chapter 4 firstly provides manufacturing task model based on OWL and its restraints formalized definition, proposes a task allocating solution which based on BOM and case database. A algorithm based on synthesis semantics for retrieving and matching candidate resources service is presented, the algorithm synthesizes such information as type, semantic, input/output parameters and QoS restraint of resource service, and realizes multi-perspective to retrieval resources service based on the semantic.In order to solve such problems as manufacturing resources selecting, evaluating and resource service chain constructing which are based on multi-objective restraints. Chapter 5 proposes evaluating indexes and algorithm based on fuzzy AHP for selecting networked manufacturing resource services. Selection and realization process for networked manufacturing resource services are discussed in detail. Networked manufacturing task assignment process and mechanism based on auction are proposed. A constructing algorithm based on ant system for networked manufacturing resource service chain is presented, and resources service chain construction examples separately based on time, cost and time cost synthesis are provided.In chapter 6, based on the above mentioned theory, a prototype of networked manufacturing resources integration platform system is provided. The prototype system has confirmed the theories and the methods which state in the paper is effective and feasible.Some of the details of the current implementation are drawn in chapter 7 and conclude with future research directions.
