煤层气钻井工程风险及监控研究

【摘要】 针对煤层气钻井工程项目中的危险因素以及可能发生的钻井工程项目事故的特征,需要利用科学的方法建立适合煤层气钻井工程项目特点的风险管理体系,对工程项目进行科学、系统的管理,采取相应的管理和质量控制措施,以将可能造成的损失限制在最低的程度,减少或避免事故发生的可能性,同时减少煤层气资源的浪费和对环境的污染程度。本论文以煤层气钻井工程项目为对象,研究了煤层气钻井工程的空间格局,探讨了煤层气钻井的设计风险,建立了煤层气钻井工程项目风险管理体系,并对其进行了风险评价,针对风险因素给出风险控制的方法和风险监督方法。从监理的角度,建立以质量、成本、进度为主体的风险控制体系,以及煤层气钻井工程综合风险控制措施。

【Abstract】 To the features of dangerous factors and possible accidents in coal-bed methane (CBM) drilling project, scientific methods are needed to set up risk management system suitable to the characteristics of CBM drilling project. The project should be managed scientifically and systematically. Appropriate management and quality control measures can be taken to limit possible losses at the lowest level, to reduce or avoid the possibility of accident, to reduce the waste of CBM resources and environmental pollution. Taking CBM drilling project as an object, spatial pattern of CBM drilling project was studied in this paper. The designing risks of CBM drilling were discussed. Risk management system was set up for CBM drilling project. Risk assessment for it was carried out, while risk control methods and risk monitoring methods were given for risk factors. Risk control system taking quality, cost, and progress as the main and comprehensive risk control measures were set up for CBM drilling projects from the supervisor’s point of view.
