【摘要】 建筑工程设计是工程项目建设的核心,工程的主要质量特性由设计文件确定并不可逆转。建筑工程设计文件是建筑设计单位的成品,建筑工程的质量首先取决于工程设计文件的质量。本文提出的建筑工程设计文件质量评价理论是从系统工程理论的角度出发,以建筑工程设计系统整体为研究对象,以系统整体效益为目标,采用软硬科学技术相结合的方法论,建立系统模型,进行建筑工程设计文件质量评价。本文构建了建筑工程设计文件质量分阶段、有层次的评价指标体系,建立了采用定量与定性分析相结合的建筑工程设计文件质量多层次模糊综合评价方法。通过分阶段、有层次的质量评价,不仅可以科学、公正、客观地评价建筑工程设计文件质量的状况,准确地查找隐患和管理缺陷,而且能够提供预防和完善改进措施。使得建筑工程设计质量管理从事后预防型转变为自主控制型,极大地提高了对工程事故发生的控制能力,达到预测、预报、预防的目的,全面提升建筑工程设计质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Building engineering design is the core of architectural engineering construction, and the documents of building engineering design are the final works of the building design design department. The quality of engineering construction is determined by that of the documents.The purpose of this paper is to study the assessment theories on the documents’ quality, and sets up, then, the index of hierarchical and multi-layered assessment system, so that a fuzzy comprehensive assessment system with the use of both qualitative and quantitative analysis is finally established. By this assessment system, the hidden problems and management defects can be accurately located. Besides, the system offers some very good measures to pre-see troubles and the way to resolve them as well. In this way, the evaluation system changed its role from ’compensation-after-accident’ into ’prevention-before-it-happen’ type, which greatly increases the ability to forecast, prevent and control on engineering accidents, so that the building engineering quality will be increased.更多还原
