基于范畴论的产品形位几何规范信息集成系统研究

【摘要】 为降低产品几何规范在设计、制造和计量过程中的不确定性,并适应制造业的信息化、标准与计量的数字化,新一代产品几何规范(New-generation GeometricalProduct Specifications and Verification,简称新一代GPS)标准体系集成了数量众多、关系错综复杂、数学基础严密的各种新概念。这些新概念的引入,大大增加了新一代GPS标准体系推广应用的难度。为此,研究建立一个几何规范信息集成系统,以实现新一代GPS标准体系中知识的封装,对推广新一代GPS标准体系在制造业领域中的应用具有重要意义。本文适应新一代GPS标准体系的发展应用要求,对产品形位几何规范信息集成系统(Integrated Information System for the Geometrical Tolerances in theNew-generation Geometrical Product Specifications,为便于系统扩展,简称IisGPS)展开研究。主要研究内容与创新点如下:提出并建立了IisGPS的总体结构;提出了产品几何规范信息的双层结构模型,以在保证产品几何规范设计的完整性的基础上增强其图样标注的简明性、弥补形位几何规范图样标注标准ISO 1101∶2004在实际应用过程中所存在的不足。针对新一代GPS中形位几何规范信息的特点,将范畴数据建模方法引入其数据模型的建立。通过对各形位几何规范完整认证操作算子的详细分析,建立了其范畴数据模型。该模型贯彻了几何规范信息的双层结构、体现了并行设计思想、满足了制造人员和计量人员的不同需求。提出并建立了IisGPS中应用于产品形位几何规范设计的知识规则,如几何规范类型设计规则、几何要求应用规则、基准与基准参考框架应用规则和几何规范类型的精化规则等。这些知识规则的建立,加强了产品形位几何规范设计的合理性和系统的智能性。提出并建立了新一代GPS依从不确定度的通用评定模型和管理流程,增强了产品几何规范合格性评判依据的合理性;并通过实例验证表明了建立IisGPS的必要性。基于AutoCAD2007和ObjectARX2007,开发了符合新一代GPS标准体系的产品形位几何规范图样标注原型系统。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the uncertainty within the process of design, manufacture and metrology, and to harmonize with the informatization of manufacturing industry and digitization of standards and metrology, many new concepts have been employed in the new-generation Geometrical Product Specifications and Verification (Abbreviated as new-generation GPS). However, these concepts are based on rigorous mathematics and, at the same time, intricately related, which make them inconvenient to be used directly. Consequently, it is of practical meaning to build an integrated information system to encapsulate the knowledge in the new-generation GPS, which will ultimately extend the application of the new-generation GPS in manufacturing.In order to meet the requirements of development and the practical application of new-generation GPS standards system, the Integrated Information System for Geometrical Toleances in the new-generation Geometrical Product Specifications (Abbrivated as IisGPS) has been established. The main researches and creative points are as follows:The overall framework for the IisGPS was proposed and devised; and a two-layer model for geometrical specifications information was proposed, which can can strengthen the concision for the drawing indication of geometrical specifications based on its complete design, besides, it also can remedy the limitation of ISO 1101:2004.According to the characteristics of geometrical specifications information, the categorical data modeling method had been introduced to its data modelling. Through detailed analysis of the complete verification operators for geometrical tolerances, the categorical data models for them were established. The model implements the two-layer model for geometrical specifications information and the concurrent design concept.Different categories of knowledge rules were established for the IisGPS, such as the rules for the application of geometrical requirement, tolerance type, datum and datum reference framework and, for the refinement among geometrical specifications, etc. The establishment of these rules will strengthen the rationality and intellegence of IisGPS.A general estimation model and the management procedure for compliance uncertainty were proposed, which can strengthen the rationality of the decision rules for the conformance of a product. The case study proves that it is very necessary to establish the IisGPS.A host system for drawing indication for geometrical specifications was established based on the new-generation GPS. This host system was developed on AutoCAD 2007 using ObjectARX.
